Wow, what a situation and "bad luck" are small words for that. As a guy who work in a customer service for Germany there are a lot of situations where you cant help the customer and there is nobody as a person who will help the customer, I would say nobody cares just gives us your money 😅 At least you got the refund. Wish you all the best and hope this was the last time with that kind of situation

Thanks a lot. It was a heavy burden on us for some weeks, and I was not expecting a full refund coming my way. Positively shocked lol.
