same, ive been informing myself about all these car shows/meets before going next year and from what i understood these meetings are pretty common and even if you have a bad day and not find them you can still go to a thousand other locations where they have meetings too. Its a gang culture here called kaido racers in Japan actually back in the old days they do race on expressways illegaly. So the concept is just the same in states with lowriders but low riders mainly focus on hydraulics and sound system
