CORRECTION: At 9:31 I say to increase bloodlust when an Exposed Victim dies but I show horror increasing. It should be bloodlust that increases just like when a normal victim dies.
Here’s a quick note I thought of concerning a niche scenario: If you test the final Exposed Victim after killing any Mutated Organisms that appeared and that last victim comes up Safe, you immediately win the game since you know there aren’t any more Organisms and the threat is eliminated.
Oh, I played this bad boy in so many wrong ways the first time! Hahahaha I actually made it really hard on myself so, thank you for the clarifications! I'm going to give it another go now with a better understanding!
Glad it helped, let me know how it goes. This is definitely one of the more complex films so don’t feel too bad, I had so many questions the first couple times I played 😂
I had often looked at Final Girl to play but whenever I would fin d a store they would never have the core box. On the weekend I found the core box, and ass a lover of the Thing, of course I chose this one. Which was probably the worst move possible. Thank you for going through this. I was a bit lost as to how to play it. I gave it a go but missed the panic of the exposed victims and that I started with the two-way radio. I also did not realise that frostbite only did damage once you had frostbite and another frostbite symbol was revealed. I just thought it was on the next upkeep phase. Long story short, I lucked out and only one exposed victim was assimilated, but I never got to test them because I died to damage just moving around the board. I really should have just done a straight forward one, I wish they had put on the box that it was not a great one to start with...
@@MarkKnights Yes this is one of the more complex films and I generally wouldn’t recommend starting with it but if the theme grabs you then it might be a good choice. If it makes you feel any better those are all common mistakes for even people who know the game. The colored dice helps me remember the panic phase and I put a 2 way radio on the very top when storing the game so I remember to start with it. Hopefully you had fun and can fix your mistakes for next time. Maybe even pull off a win!
@MyklSkeleton I got round to playing it again tonight with Uki. Got the rules right this time. Only one assimilated Organism which I killed with a combo of lucky dice and the Critical Strike card. Very cool game and I like the little reward envelopes at the end of a win. Thanks again for the video.
Let’s say you have three minor dark powers set aside because there are no mutated organism currently in play, and then all three exposed victims mutate due to the finale being revealed, do all three dark powers go on one organism, or would each organism get one dark power? Personally I give one to each to make things interesting and more balanced, but I wasn’t sure if there is an official rule as, technically, all three exposed victims are assimilate at the same time.
All MDPs should attach to the same Organism in that case, whichever one you reveal first. But it’s a solo game so you can houserule that if you want, it’s no biggie really
Yes I will! I will also be doing the vignettes and North Pole Nightmare when I get it. I just needed a little break after doing all the feature films and getting ready for the holidays. Thanks for watching!!!
The Killer panics just like a victim. Roll a die and move the Killer one space in the direction you rolled based on the panic numbers around their current space. Hope that helps!
@MyklSkeleton Thank you, so much. I thought I was being a donut! The frost mechanic, if someone is outside for long periods do they get frost bite or is it just when you pull a card with that on it? When I first played I tried to get everyone inside.
@@kderrins Only when you pull a Terror card with the Frostbite symbol. When that happens everyone outside that already has frostbite will take 1 damage and everyone outside who doesn’t already have frostbite will gain it.

Great video man! I’m ready to play this one again.
Thanks Alan, good luck in your future plays!

Super helpful for my first play last night.
Awesome, glad to hear it! This one can get complex with multiple Organisms out
Thanks so much for doing this! Will
you be doing series 3 when it releases?
Yes I will! I will also be doing the vignettes and North Pole Nightmare when I get it. I just needed a little break after doing all the feature films and getting ready for the holidays. Thanks for watching!!!
Always on top of your game!👌🏼That is so helpful!!🤜🏻
Thanks, always happy to help!
A great video as always. Orgo is one of my favourite killer now!
Thanks! Organism is a very unique killer, the games are always tense. I have a bad habit of not testing early enough though
Great video, like all of your rule videos! Thanks for making these! 👍👍👍
My pleasure, glad you like them! 👍😁👌
Very helpful thanks!
You’re welcome! Thanks for the comment 😊
This Killer Panics? What do you with that Killer Action?

Is the organism able to attach 2 or more minor dark powers?
Yes. If no Organism is out yet you set the MDPs aside and attach them to the first Organism to get revealed. They can have more than one MDP too.
@@MyklSkeleton thank you!
