Nice! I have their 4 burner non-stick and I was able to crack an egg on it without oil and there was ZERO stick. When I was done clean up was a simple wipe down and the grill looks new and unused! Glad to see you guys also love the surface! Thanks for sharing and smash burgers looked amazing! 🍻

Yay! Thank you so much fam! We did some research knowing the griddle was on the way! Pit Boss has some awesome utensils on the way, but we couldn't wait! :D. Much love fam!
I have SO many questions but I'll reserve them until I see future cooks. I can already tell you I want one of these, I just have to convince The Boss that I need one!!
I have the Blackstone and I enjoy the process of seasoning and cleaning the griddle. The nonstick surface seems convenient but doesn’t the steel griddle provide more flavor …especially the more you use it?
Thank you so much for watching and for the honest question! We have been very impressed with the quality of the food we have been able to make so far - in fact it really surprised us that it has been just as good! We will continue to play with this and give our thoughts! Take care fam!
Hey guys, great videos, much appreciated!!! Do you look to understand the surface temperature of the griddle? If yes, how? Heat gun thermometer? Something else? Some people say it should be between 400 and 500 degrees F. Just wondering how you know the griddle is ready to use. Thanks again for all the cooks!
Watched the unpacking video and thought they need to do smash burgers and you didn't disappoint. Thanks guys! If you ever get to Atlanta I'd love to cook with you.
I have a quick question my friend is highly allergic to mushrooms I love them. Is it.sage to cook with mushrooms on flat top as long as I clean it to cook for her afterwards or just not tske chance an use s completely difrent flatop to cook with mushrooms an have one thst mushrooms don't rouch
Thank you so much for the question John. The safest would be to cook them in a separate surface. You could definitely cook them on one side far away from the rest of the food, as it shouldn’t affect the rest of the food, but safest would be separate them completely. Griddle on brother!!!😁❤️🤙
I'm with Bret, stop playing with the bacon😂. I am just getting used to the Blackstone cast iron. It will be interesting to see how long the non stick on that holds up.
Haha!! We’ll chalk this one up to “Team Brett!“😂😂. For sure, we are very interested to see how this will hold up over time! We’ll keep sharing our thoughts fam!!🔥🔥🤙🤙
LOVE! Burgers look phenomenal (as always) and, I'm super excited to see more cooks on that surface! (Lisa and I just did Tex-Mex Omelettes with salsa.... Hint hint😉😉) Congrats, and good luck with the new Pit Boss!
Thank you so much for this video. Just got my Sierra Griddle, also another thanks to you both. First cook on it was Smash Burgers. Absolutely amazing. GRIDDLE ON!!!
I have watched so many videos on this grill and blackstone. Hard to choose but clean up tips the scales for me. I saw you used a silicon pad to cover the burgers to smash them with? Where do you get that. Fun channel and great info guys! Keep it up
Thank you so much for watching fam! Yes! While we use parchment paper as well, and have determined the silicone mat is not entirely needed (the press never touches the griddle), the silicone is still nice to have and works great. Here’s a link to the produce that we purchased and cut down: Silicone Mat amzn.to/3Bwgo2R Take care and GRIDDLE ON!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Hey Guys!, LOVE your channel! I recently got a Pit Boss Ultimate 3 burner because of your videos. I LOVE IT!!! We watch your videos all the time. I made smash burgers for the wife after watching your videos and now it is her favorite burger!!! She got me your cook book for christmas and i can't wait to try some of the cooks! Keep up the good work!!!
Oh wow, that is so awesome! Thank you so much for watching and for all of the kind words! We’ll keep the cooks and videos coming fam! Take care and GRIDDLE ON!🔥🔥
We absolutely understand brother! We love all of Griddle Nation! We will continue to share our recipes and cooks, which will work on all griddle surfaces! Take care and GRIDDLE ON!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Let's try this again. I am thinking of a flat top, but torn between a Blackstone and now a Pit Boss. Does it taste the same on the Pit Boss as it does on the Blackstone. I like the feature of not having to use oil and the easy clean up. Any suggestion as to which one would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for watching brother! My biggest takeaway was how incredible the food tastes, it is just the same on the Pit Boss as it was on the Blackstone! The ease of cleanup and little to no oil is amazing!
Thank you so much fam! We didn’t do a video on this one, it’s incredible! I’ve had it for about a month. I picked it up at Home Depot - it’s actually considered a workbench I believe - I am going to care for it and cover it - not sure how “all weather” it is. Take care me fam!🤙🤙
I love the idea of the non-stick... How much lower is that compared to the Blackstone? It looks low? Guess time will tell to see which one you guys prefer? Looking forward to your thoughts on it. Cheers..... My Brothers!
Hey Kevin! This unit sits a bit lower, but we love the lift off feature which would allow you to set it on any surface! Especially for a tall brother like you!! Much love fam, GRIDDLE ON!🤙🤙🔥🔥
OMG - I love this because the nylon cooking utensils are quiet. The clanging and banging of metal spatulas against the griddle as you're cooking was loud.
Haha, yes! That is so awesome! So many people say they don’t like that you can’t hear the metal clanking, but it’s so smooth and so amazing, we love it! Thank you for watching and for saying!! Much love fam!💙💙🔥🔥
Thank you so much fam! We are so impressed with this Pit Boss griddle so far! We will do a comparison in the next few weeks, but we’d like to do more cooking with it so we can give all our thoughts. Cheers fam!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Thank you so much for watching Carl! If you imagine your dials are a clock, you would put them to about :42 after the hour. Does that make sense? Let us know brother! Griddle on!!!😁🤙🏻❤️
I like the looks and function of this griddle but the non stick and the silicone utensils are different. So afraid i would scratch it. Can you fix it if it gets scratched ? Another awesome video
Thank you so much for watching and great question! We are careful to use silicone and nylon utensils, but we for sure feel they will have replacement surfaces available - we will keep you posted!
Maillard Reaction. Hmmm. Where have I heard that one before? Sounds like we both have been watching some friends over at Blackstone Griddles! Nate and CJ would be so proud! Although…. The Blackstone part of them might not like this video ha ha! Classic cook, looks good as always! Griddle On! And if you have a bell, please Ring it and Bring it for Maillard Reactions!
Lol, appreciate it fam! We had researched the maillard reaction from the founder of Smashburgers (there is a UA-cam video with him demonstrating) before we met the fellas at Blackstone, we loved that they talked about it too! Much love fam! Take care and GRIDDLE ON!
Smash burgers are ALWAYS the best cook to start with. I never really made those burgers intel I watched yall.., ( changed the game ). The potato bread adds a nice taste, so glad to see real cooks with great taste still reminding people how it's done. My brother's.., griddle on
Wow, thank you so much for watching and for the kind words! We honestly mean it when we say, we would love to add these to a food truck if we had one, they were so good! Take care and GRIDDLE ON!🤙🤙🔥🔥
@@waltwins Hi, food trucks are a big business over here in Germany. We have a seller dealing with these imported yellow U.S. school buses and the UPS vans. Young people transfer them into a "kitchen on the road" to sell burgers and other stuff on markets and festivals. And yes, it´s no secrect that so many caterers on the the road use the griddle and the contact grill to perform this cooking style. It came to us from France and is getting popular.
Great first griddle…always have to christen a new griddle with bacon and a smash burger. With that, was the flavor different? I noticed that you hardly used grease, so a healthier option? Anyway, the food looks like it turned out amazing, just wondering about the flavor and then utensils, with no metal utensils you gotta get all the cool stuff again. Does pit boss sell utensils? Griddle on gents as this is a banger!!
Thank you brother! Yes! That was one of the first points brought up by both Jen and Kenzie, that the food was less “heavy” - definitely much less oil - although we will use some (even nonstick needs a bit) - and yes, Pit Boss has informed us they have utensils on the way! We thought without metal it would feel way different, but we’ve been so impressed with how much the same it actually feels! Much love brother, GRIDDLE ON!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Haha! Heck yes!! We’ve been told Pit Boss has some great utensils, but we didn’t want to wait! We did our research and got some tools, they are awesome!!💙💙😁😁
Thank you so much for watching and we will continue to work with this unit and give our thoughts, that said, this was as good as any other smashburger we have ever made (our reaction was pure - the best yet! As each smashburger seems to be better than the last) - we are sincerely impressed!!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Thank you so much for watching fam! They have this thing g built very well - with the liftoff feature, it should clear any table - we will put it to the test to be sure!!🔥🔥
Only gonna burn the paint 1 time. After that your good to go. Only messing with ya. I'd use a table my truck costs too much as I'm sure yours does too.
Man, this video has got me pumped, I wish it wasn't bedtime! It's so exciting to see what the new griddle can do. It probably heats up a lot fast than the electric right? I sure it can get hotter. I wonder how even the heat is on the surface too. Those burgers looked really good and may warrant a late night snack. I bet the new griddle will do a fantastic job at eggs and pancakes. You can get those perfect smooth golden brown pancakes like they do at dinners. Awe, it's a good time to be alive. Griddle on!
Wahoo! Thank you as always brother! This one of course was an absolute blast! We didn't get the griddle hot enough for a really good sear, but the flavor was amazing! The eggs we've made simply slide around, its amazing! Take care, enjoy this time we are alive, and GRIDDLE ON BROTHER!
Awesome looking burgers guys!! When Brett makes a smashburger he makes a SMASHburger..lol. it was kinda weird tho see you cook on a griddle, but not hear the griddle sounds like the metal spatulas on the surface of the Griddle. Can't wait to see more cooks
Lol, right?! And honestly, we thought the lack of metal utensils would be odd, but we’ve been so satisfied with how these cooks turn out - it is stunningly similar! We will for sure keep you posted Butch!!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Thank you so much for watching! We would venture to guess that they will have replacement surfaces available - if we get a chance we will reach out and find out!🤙🤙
Awesome cook. Between the wife and your channel I was convinced to buy a blackstone griddle. The things I’ve honestly always disliked about it is the cleanup and that you have to use oil. I’m really thinking of selling my BS to purchase this one. Would you mind me asking if you didn’t have a one and was going to buy one which one would you be buying? Thanks guys and griddle on.
Thank you so much for watching and we get it! Honestly, we have been so impressed with this one! The nonstick is crazy fun to cook on and the cleanup is unreal! We are still getting used to this and will for sure keep sharing our thoughts! If you have specific questions, shoot us an email Fam! adamandbrettw@gmail.com GRIDDLE ON!🔥🔥🤙🤙
@@waltwins the cleanup is a big one to me. I enjoy all the cooking but the cleanup is a big downer. I think I’m going to have to get one of these after doing all the reading and watching you cook on it. You guys being honest in reviews and showing how good the product works is much appreciated. I will email you any more direct questions to you. Thank you
Well crap.. my wife will have to thank you.. I just ordered one today. Gonna go snag it tomorrow . You guys rock! And thank you for spending my monies lol
No worries fam! The nature of the smash is to stick some, that’s how it forms the crust. We typically have to “scrape” it off - how were they have otherwise?! Feel free to reach out to us! adamandbrettw@gmail.com
I was thinking of grabbing a 2nd Blackstone for the camper but the versatility of this thing looks amazing. Looking forward to seeing more amazing cooks and how the non-stick holds up over time! Enjoy Bros!
Lol, right?! This lift-off feature is absolutely a game-changer and the nonstick surface has made this a dream for cleanup! We had a great friend point out that this is the perfect griddle for those who don’t want the fuss - spot on! Much love and GRIDDLE ON FAM!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Try Pitt Boss 2 burner. I use that one for camping. Only thing I would add is a laser thermometer. Pitt Boss has a ceramic grill for this model however its extra about $60.
Looks so good just s quick question I have had non stick pans in the past there good for a bit but the non stick coating seems to always wear off do you feel that the non stick surface will stay intact over the long haul and as always love watching your videos
Thank you again Fam! Great question! It’s still too new to know for sure, but Pit Boss is backing this with a 5 year warranty, which tells us they expect it to last!! We’ll keep playing with it and see though for sure brother!!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Thank you so much for watching! They are virtually the same unit - the Sierra is a Walmart exclusive, but has the same cooking surface as the Ultimate Griddle - hope this helps!🔥🔥
Hey guys im new to your channel and loving the videos. I got a question about the blue scraper yall use to clean the griddle what it and where to get one? Thank you for any help.
Hi Douglas! Thank you so much for finding us! They are KitchenAid brand dough scrapers. Here’s the link! KitchenAid Gourmet Bowl Scraper, Set of 2, Aqua Sky/Sorm Grey www.amazon.com/dp/B07TJJTHXX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_P6ZQT9QZXWX52163729E
I'm not sure the Pit.Boss will hold up to me cooking on it. I know all my wife's pots and pans with that coating fall apart after a few months of usage. I'll stick with the Blackstone that you guys finally convinced me to buy a few months ago.
Thank you so much for watching and for the honesty fam! For sure we get it, and will continue to share our recipe and cooking ideas! We will also work with this unit and give honest feedback - you for sure have a great unit fam! Take care and GRIDDLE ON!🔥🔥🤙🤙
You always have to wonder how objective anyone can be when given a griddle? This cook wasn't anything better than the Blackstone from my viewing point of view. I'm sure they tasted good and cleaning was easier.
@@normy31 thanks for the honesty, we haven’t made a claim it’s better, in fact, a common thought we have, is that it’s similar to comparing cast iron pans to nonstick. The difference may be that for this nonstick, Pit Boss has a 5 year warranty, which pretty remarkable! So far, the foods we’ve cooked on this have tasted just as good as anything else we’ve made. Cheers!🤙🤙
Awesome video and smash burgers! I just wanted to reach through my screen and take bite! LOL. I did want to ask you guys, after cooking on it, if you had to choose between the Blackstone or Pit Boss, which would you buy? Do you guys love this griddle more than your Blackstone? (I know its early to ask, but I'm really curious) Can't wait to see more! Griddle On!
You are so awesome fam! It is still early for sure, and we will continue to play with this - but this nonstick, “no fuss” surface has impressed us more than we imagined! We will continue to do cooks and give our honest thoughts!! If you have specific questions or anything else, please reach out to us! 💙💙 adamandbrettw@gmail.com Take care and GRIDDLE ON FAM!
Happy New Year guys! Just a quick observation: I see many people season the smash burger ball before hitting the grill instead of seasoning the smashed burger on the grill. I would think that you would have more surface area to season after the burger is smashed. Just my equation cluttered mind in motion - LOL
Thank you so much for watching and Happy New Year too brother!! I’m with you, I (Adam) wait to season until after the smash - but both ways seem to work very well!😂😂. Take care fam b🔥🔥
@@waltwins so its super easy, leave the husk on the corn. Dip corn in water, do not leave in the water just a dip. Then put it on the griddle or grill. Cook for about 15 20 minutes. You have to keep turning it, maybe 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes after. It will be hot because you are basically steaming the corn. I find i get a better flavor out of the corn instead of boiling it.
Great question brother! We are super impressed so far! But the surfaces are different - similar to comparing cast iron skillets to ceramic - we’ll keep posting our thoughts Fam!!🔥🔥🤙🤙
I'm surprised there isn't a grill out there with 2 surfaces under the hood. One half being cold-rolled steel and the other half like this here non stick on the Pit Boss Sierra. I suppose it would hurt sales on units a bit, but the dual-surface-option-in-one sure would be nice!! Beautiful Griddle you have there and those Burgers turned out great! Cheers guys! 🍺
That’s a great idea Fam!! If we ever get the chance to share our things, we’ll suggest it!! This really is impressive man!! Take care and GRIDDLE ON!🔥🔥🤙🤙
What’s the difference between this one and the 2 burner one? The 2 burner is more expensive but it’s smaller in cooking space and 1 less burner. Do you guys know why it’s more $$$?
In your first flip of bacon, u flipped half the bacon and they ended up on same side as before he flip ha ha. It was a funny non seen bloopers. Thx Waltwins
Hey guys, try replacing that mayo with a garlic Aioli. It’s fire!!! Would love to have you guys up to my brewery and restaurant to cook some burgers. Smash burgers are one of our most popular items. Just did a Caribbean jerk smash burger special this weekend and it was total gas. Bacon, Caribbean jerk sauce, pineapple jerk slaw. It was sooooo good.
Did this turn out a better product than the Blackstone? I know you’ve done reviews and Cooking segments on the Blackstone. Did it make a better Smashburger than a Blackstone?
Thank you so much for watching! The thing that had impressed us so much is the fact that the food has been just as good! Once we adjusted and learned how to get a good sear on the Pit Boss, we’ve been able to get incredible smashburgers - not necessarily better, but definitely just as good!🤙🤙
Hope your new "nonstick" griddle holds up !! -- I purchased an "E" series 17 inch Blackstone "nonstick" griddle last summer and as time wore on , the "nonstick" surface is not very "nonstick" anymore -- Meats and eggs even at low temps. and lots of oil stick if you don't keep moving them all the time !! -- I much prefer my old 28 inch Blackstone iron griddle ..
Great point brother! It for sure is something we will watch for - we have been doing some research, and there are a few fixes! Including a non-stick repair spray - if I can find it, I’ll link the product for you! Take care brother!🤙🤙
That was an epic burger guys every since I started making them I cant have them any other way how does that nonstick compare to the blackstone indoor griddle also when food is added does it hold temps thanks for sharing #GriddleOn 🔥👊🍔
Thank you so much fam! We are still learning this thing, but have been nothing short of impressed! We haven’t noticed issues yet with temps not holding, but will continue to assess and report!! Take care and GRIDDLE ON FAM!🔥🔥🤙🤙
@@waltwins Love the video, can you link to the silicon sheet you used or point me in the right direction to get one please? My press always sticks to the meat and usually lifts it off the grill so great solution, just need to know where to get. Thank you!

I HAVE AN EMERGENCY I am supposed to making smash burgers tomorrow and my wife bought premade patties. Ahhhhhh Do I roll each patty, mix all them together, or smash the patty as is
Good question, can you easily form them into meat balls (loose meatballs?) - if so, no worries! If not, still fine! I’d just smash them from their form - good luck. You gotta return and report brother!!🔥🔥🤙🤙

Thank you so luv and YES!! I finally found my thermometer reader - the first few cooks won’t have exact temps, but we’ll try to show going forward!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Wow, smash burgers are meat candy no matter where they are cooked! Pit boss looks amazing, but does this mean the end of Blackstone cooking for you guys? I recently got a Blackstone after watching your videos!! Griddling is still fun!!!
Hey fam, thank you so much for the love! We have partnered with Pit Boss, but we still have a ton of respect for Blackstone and the product! We intend to share recipes and cooks that will work on all griddle surfaces, including your Blackstone! And of course, we'll continue to answer any questions - we just love griddle coking! Much love fam!
Even with the silicone utensils I would probably still find a way to scratch the surface! 😳😂 Burgers looked delicious (probably because you used bacon)! 😉😜🍻
Can you guys develop plastic or silicone based pieces that slide onto the Blackstone tools? I have a lot of accessories and it would be nice still be able to use them. It could either slide on or snap on your choice!
Ok this is going to take me some time to assimilate. What happened to the Blackstone? Wow nice looking cooker guys I just have to process this. I really like the portability and non stick and maybe everything but I feel like I’m in a different country lol. Beautiful job as all guys. Thanks for sharing.
Lol, right?! It’s different for sure, we have really loved this thing! We still have the Blackstone and love and respect our Blackstone peeps, we have an incredible opportunity to work with Pit Boss! They should be coming out with some utensils soon - but we have really enjoyed this, and have been so surprised at how similar it all feels, even without the metal. Thank you so much brother! We love our Blackstone for sure, but we were never a part of the company. We had started to do outdoor cooking during the pandemic, and the Blackstone was my first griddle. We are very excited and honored to get to work with Pit Boss on their new griddle!!🤙🤙🔥🔥
I’ve rarely stuck with one cooking tool my entire life and when I change, my cooks usually improve.. I was on a never ending wait list for a Blackstone and now I think this Pit Boss was the reason.
We’re having a big 4th of July bash and we decided that we had to have your smash burger. We’ll let you know how they turn out! Happy Independence Day!
Thank you so much for watching! We wouldn’t say it’s better - just as we’ve make smashburgers over time, they get better and better - we were blown away that we got the same taste/effect from the ceramic surface that we did from the cold rolled steel - for sure there will be differences, we are still getting used to this so we will see Hal different they become!🔥🔥
Great choice for a first cook!!! The look amazing!! Looking forward to much more deliciousness on this bad boy that you both come up with! Curious as to your thoughts about having the grease trap in the front. Have a great Tuesday Gents! 🌞👏👏💙
Wahoo! Thank you so much Michele! These were so good, we cannot wait to share more! We have actually really enjoyed having the grease trap up in the front - it may sound silly, but I've knocked the trap off the back so many times (putting on and taking off the cover), but here in the front it's tucked away and we can keep an eye on it - and it doesn't take up really any cooking real estate like we thought it might! We'll keep you posted with our thoughts! :D

If there was a video on it, I missed it…but what is that big prep table you have there? Where is that from? And…is it all weather?
Looks amazed But your honest opinion which ones better the pit Balls or the black stone
Thank you so much fam! We are so impressed with this Pit Boss griddle so far! We will do a comparison in the next few weeks, but we’d like to do more cooking with it so we can give all our thoughts. Cheers fam!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Where on the dial is the setting medium to high can you all show the dials when you are cooking I'm nw and want to set the Temps right Thanks much
Thank you so much for watching Carl! If you imagine your dials are a clock, you would put them to about :42 after the hour. Does that make sense? Let us know brother! Griddle on!!!😁🤙🏻❤️
I really like the coated, nonstick cooktop! Looks easier to work on & for cleanup 😊
The cleanup is sooooooooooooo easy!!!! Good to see you, Charmaine! Griddle on sister!!!😁❤️🤙🏻
Great looking burgers bros and Happy New Year too you all
Thank you so much fam - the same to you all!!🤙🤙🔥🔥
I like the looks and function of this griddle but the non stick and the silicone utensils are different.
1st. The sultan of smash has returned. And so have I .
Woot woot!! The King Has Returned!!!🤙🤙🔥🔥💪💪
Much love brother, GRIDDLE ON!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Look at you two already getting creative with the nonstick tools😊 Love it👍
Haha! Heck yes!! We’ve been told Pit Boss has some great utensils, but we didn’t want to wait! We did our research and got some tools, they are awesome!!💙💙😁😁
How’s this compare to the blackstone?
Thank you so much for watching and we will continue to work with this unit and give our thoughts, that said, this was as good as any other smashburger we have ever made (our reaction was pure - the best yet! As each smashburger seems to be better than the last) - we are sincerely impressed!!🤙🤙🔥🔥
@@waltwins I can feel that vibe! Every time I make something on my griddle it taste better and better. Love you guys!
It looks fair to say you will be using alot less paper towels in the future. Can't wait for your next cook!
Haha! That is so TRUE! It has been very impressive so far fam!!🤙🤙🔥🔥
for tailgating, I wonder how close the burners would be above the actual tailgate maybe 6 - 8 inches ?
Because of you, I just bought a Sierra!!!! Cant wait to break it in!!! Thanks guys!!!
Woot woot! That is so incredible fam, congratulations on the new Sierra, and welcome to to the good life! :D Take care and GRIDDLE ON!
This is definitely on my list for the next upgrade!
Wahoo! Excellent fam! We will keep you posted with our thoughts, and of course, feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
WHAAAAAT??? Always enjoy your cook's and vid's.....I am confused! Much Luv Fam!!!
Haha!! Much love brother!! Reach out, we’d gladly explain!!🤙🤙🔥🔥
"You’re cheating on me." Blackstone 36"
Haha!! No so brother! Nothing but love!!🔥🔥🤙🤙
I reckon it will be ok for the regular once in a while griller. But what happens when the surface gets all scratched up? Can you get a replacement?
If you have specific questions, shoot us an email Fam!
adamandbrettw@gmail.com
GRIDDLE ON!🔥🔥🤙🤙
@@waltwins the cleanup is a big one to me. I enjoy all the cooking but the cleanup is a big downer. I think I’m going to have to get one of these after doing all the reading and watching you cook on it. You guys being honest in reviews and showing how good the product works is much appreciated. I will email you any more direct questions to you. Thank you
@@jrobertsp12 awesome! The cleanup process is a big deal - one of the main questions constantly asked - Pit Boss seems to have nailed it here!
Well crap.. my wife will have to thank you.. I just ordered one today. Gonna go snag it tomorrow . You guys rock! And thank you for spending my monies lol
Haha!!! Sorry not sorry brother!! You’ll love it!!! Griddle on!!!😁❤️🤙🏻
I just did my first cook. The smash burger stuck to the griddle, any suggestions??
That new pit boss is no joke
Right?! We agree - it has been nothing short of impressive!! 🤙🤙🔥🔥
Looks great! That is Hulk level of “Smash”.
Haha!! Brett about smashed the patty through the griddle!!😂😂🔥🔥
@@waltwins awesome I'll keep watching to see your newest creations
Is there a difference between the sierra and the ultimate three burner?
Thank you so much for watching! They are virtually the same unit - the Sierra is a Walmart exclusive, but has the same cooking surface as the Ultimate Griddle - hope this helps!🔥🔥
I’m looking forward to see how this will hold up over the long term. Congrats on the new griddle and enjoy!
Thank you so much fam! We will work this thing for sure and give our honest thoughts!!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Now what; I have to sell my Blackstone? Wife is going to kill me.
Haha!! We’ll, we don’t mean to be the bad guys but…😜😜. Much love fam, we’ve been so impressed far!!🔥🔥
Hey guys im new to your channel and loving the videos. I got a question about the blue scraper yall use to clean the griddle what it and where to get one? Thank you for any help.
Hi Douglas! Thank you so much for finding us! They are KitchenAid brand dough scrapers. Here’s the link!

@@waltwins thank you for the link.
adamandbrettw@gmail.com
Take care and GRIDDLE ON FAM!
Hey finally got a Blackstone, was worried about cooking somethings on it. But nailed it. Would love to share how I cook my corn on the cob
Yes!!! Adam and I seriously talked about corn on the cob today!!! Please share brother!!! Griddle on!!!😁❤️🤙
@@waltwins so its super easy, leave the husk on the corn.
Which griddle would you choose blackstone or pit boss griddle?
Take care and GRIDDLE ON!🔥🔥🤙🤙
Do you have to season the griddle before using it?
Well, I might have to get one and try it out. But as again l, another great cook guys. Love smash burgers.
Woot woot! Thank you so much brother! We have been nothing short of impressed! This thing has been an absolute blast to cook with!
What’s the difference between this one and the 2 burner one? The 2 burner is more expensive but it’s smaller in cooking space and 1 less burner. Do you guys know why it’s more $$$?
The Sierra is a Walmart exclusive, with the lower cost point. Other than the size and color, they’re the same.😁
In your first flip of bacon, u flipped half the bacon and they ended up on same side as before he flip ha ha.
Now that’s an offer we can’t turn down brother! Where are you?
Did this turn out a better product than the Blackstone? I know you’ve done reviews and Cooking segments on the Blackstone. Did it make a better Smashburger than a Blackstone?
Thank you so much for watching! The thing that had impressed us so much is the fact that the food has been just as good! Once we adjusted and learned how to get a good sear on the Pit Boss, we’ve been able to get incredible smashburgers - not necessarily better, but definitely just as good!🤙🤙
It's a nice unit but I think i'll stick to the actual steel Blackstones. Thanks for sharing though!
Thank you so much for watching and the honesty! We still love Griddle Nation and will still share new cooks and recipes! Take care and GRIDDLE ON!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Adam, I have a food truck and the food prep is the worst. I feel your pain brother.

MAN!!! That looks BANGING. Nice job, thanks my brothers, griddle on
Thank you so much brother! These were amazing!!🔥🔥🤙🤙

What was the white sheet that you used in between the smasher and the meat.
Hey fam! It is a silicon “sheet” - like a thin mat - it worked amazingly well!🤙🤙
@@waltwins Love the video, can you link to the silicon sheet you used or point me in the right direction to get one please? My press always sticks to the meat and usually lifts it off the grill so great solution, just need to know where to get. Thank you!

I am supposed to making smash burgers tomorrow and my wife bought premade patties. Ahhhhhh
Do I roll each patty, mix all them together, or smash the patty as is
Good question, can you easily form them into meat balls (loose meatballs?) - if so, no worries! If not, still fine! I’d just smash them from their form - good luck. You gotta return and report brother!!🔥🔥🤙🤙

Y’all are hilarious 😂
Wow, smash burgers are meat candy no matter where they are cooked! Pit boss looks amazing, but does this mean the end of Blackstone cooking for you guys? I recently got a Blackstone after watching your videos!! Griddling is still fun!!!

Can you guys develop plastic or silicone based pieces that slide onto the Blackstone tools? I have a lot of accessories and it would be nice still be able to use them. It could either slide on or snap on your choice!
That is such a great idea! We will absolutely pitch the thought/idea, because there's gotta be something there! Take care fam, GRIDDLE ON!

Bret and Adam, I love you guys! I was utterly shocked when I saw the Pitboss unpacking. Did Blackstone give you the boot? All the best

I’ve rarely stuck with one cooking tool my entire life and when I change, my cooks usually improve.. I was on a never ending wait list for a Blackstone and now I think this Pit Boss was the reason.
Thank you guys
We’re having a big 4th of July bash and we decided that we had to have your smash burger. We’ll let you know how they turn out!
Happy Independence Day!
Woot woot!!! Heck yes!! Let us know!! Also, let us know if you have any questions - I’m sure you’re gonna knock it out of the ballpark fam!!🔥🔥
Smashburger you say is better then the blackstone? Seirra might have more of a authentic Japanese cook? Cast iron has its own taste.
@@waltwins Awesome! Thank you for your input. I've knocked my grease trap holder off more times than I care to admit as well! Can't wait to see what you both have in store next. Be well! 🌞👏👏
What’s the difference between the Sierra and the Ultimate? Big price difference.
Thank you so much for watching! It is virtually the same surface, so aside from aesthetics, it’s essentially the same unit. Hoke this helps fam!🤙🤙
It didn't seem to have the crust on them from a good sear. Im a big fan of pit boss smokers. Looking forward to checking this out.
