Good presentation, however we have had two of these irons and they both broke within 6 months of purchase. Russell Hobbs are not good for long term items.
hi i have a problem with this iron. ive had it a while but doesnt get used daily or for longer than about half an hour so hasnt had masses of use. started by a flashing light on the handle and funny noise but was able to iron still. today plugged in and its not heating up. any advice would be appreciated.
Why only stem comes out of my iron when I self clean it and no water at all? Is that alright? To self clean with full tank it takes ages with steam out only and my hands ache badly afterwards. Also do I hold self clean button all the time until water is removed from the tank ? Or you just press it ? (On my I have to hold it all the time, I'm not sure if that's faulty - again because no water is coming out regardless if I hold it or not).
It does sound normal, there is normally only steam that will come out when you are doing the self clean. It should only take a minute or so hopefully it shouldn't hurt your hands. Good luck
Just bought mine. No steam comes out on steam! The steam shot works but that’s it. It’s in the correct dial position. Steam comes out when you press the self clean button but not when ironing. Is it faulty ?
I have mine about a year and the same thing has happened,steam shot button is perfect but no steam when I'm ironing,iv tried everything,think I need to buy a new one.
It could be a build up of limescale. Try having a spare towel to hand and boosting the steam through the jets at its hottest temperature. Hopefully it should clear the holes out for you.

I've had mine for a year and same as everyone else. Steam broke. Can't return so have to buy a new one
Hi. Broght this from ebay brabd new and in the tank it had water inside. Seller said its normal. Just wanted to know it thats true?
Some of the products are tested in the factory so it may have some residual water in the tank.
