Sorc can also go into the Fiendsmith stuff since it only cares about Type and not Attribute. I always felt the Moon Goddess link 2 felt wasted, now with it you get the Fiendsmith combo instead. But the fact Fiend Link can now get to the Yubel combo when in the past it couldn't is amazing. I believe this will be the reason to minimize the Yubel engine altogether keeping only one copy each of Samsara Spirit OG and Pain for the monster negate, as well as triple Throne that is already generic fiend support. Also we didn't get the errata because there is no reprint in sight. I expect it in Terminal Revenge along with Phantom or a bit earlier in Rarity Collection 2.
thats right, it can also bridge into the fiendsmith engine! well i hoped that they errata her on the newest list because of rarity or battles of legends. (rarity is already next month and battles of legends is in june i think?) soo.. they could've but for some reason, didnt wanted to. well, we will see her on the next list!

I'm not convinced to play it post phantom of knightmare only because if we get one interruption, we're kinda screwed but without one, we can do some things. Idk about post LEDE and maining it / be in side deck Maybe, if you have the Time and energy, it could be a good video, like how to play under shifter, or also your best side deck options with a yubel deck :)
It’s a great idea and it’s on my to do list now to make a how to play under shifter video! I think shifter is in a weird spot post legacy because the legacy cards (infernal) really want to use the GY. It is of course still possible in theory to play shifter but it’s way more risky. As of now I’m not a big fan of shifter but we have to see how things evolve! Once I’ve played more in the new format (against tenpai and all the new stuff) I will also make a video talking about the side deck so keep an eye out for that! :)
I thought about something and I'm curious to hear others opinion. Small World. Ash -> Sharvara -> Yubel Veiler -> Ash/Moonlit -> Yubel Basically everything/Veiler -> Moonlit/Nib -> Corridor. And if you have either Yama banished or can use Mature Chronicle to banish a monster faceup, Corridor -> Colossus. This means if you have both Yama banished, and Mature Chronicle has 2 counters, you can recycle Yama, summon Colossus, and grab Moonlit/Nib or recover the Small World card banished from hand. Nib is a hard one, since it can basically only bridge with Effect Veiler and Corridor, and I don't think can go into Yubel without adding a new card meant to specifically a bridge. Nib -> Veiler -> Ash/Moonlit I've never tried playing Small World before in any decks so I don't know what decks should and shouldn't run/need it, but I realized the Ghost Girls have 0 attack and nothing else in common with the Yubel monsters, and that Nib and Corridor have the same defense of 600.
As I hit the publish comment button I remembered the Fiend Smiths, Light Fiend monsters. Meaning it's probably one of/the best bridge since Yubel will probably play them anyways! Better than playing some "ehh" rando light fiend as a bridge. I know some people were doing that in D/Ds a while back and I didn't like it. Any light -> Fiendsmith -> Yubel Yubel -> Fiendsmith -> Different Yubel Fiendsmith -> Nib -> Corridor Fiendsmith -> Veiler -> Ash/Moonlit Oh not as good of a bridge as I thought, but still gets you a Yubel monster when starting Small World with Nib at least, while also just being an engine people are probably going to play anyways.
@TrinityYGO I've never really played with Small World before, but I like that Mature Chronicle can recover 1 of the lost cards, basically letting you search a hand trap as well which is awesome. But I do think Dark and Hawk are the way to go for Colossus, you have to draw Corridor or Small World for Colossus rather than just search and combo with Chronicle. Sightly less explosive, but way more consistent with Dark/Hawk. I loved Chronicle on release but the more and more I'm playing with it the more I realize how good it is, not just an okay card for fun varients. I tried looking for cards to banish with Chronicle a couple months ago and all I found were the unbanned Dragon Rulers and some bad extenders that don't really work in Yubel. Like Dotscapper or Balancer Lord.
@@goldlink567 small world could open up for some different tech options such as lava golem/kaiju/santa claws to run an entirely different approach going 2nd into some matchups. it worked out pretty well with the mathmech deck for example. i wouldnt toss it out entirely since the small world chronicle interaction is pretty damn broken if you ask me. depends if it actually works out in the field but still worth testing imo
also isnt crossout in the same category in terms of broken ass interactions? for going 1st you side it in, banish a handtrap they use and then add it back later on with chronicle?
yeah if summon sourc comes back with the errata, it will defiantly see play in Yubel. this is just with 1 card, imagine what we can do with more, or even the field spell instead of DBB
Can I make a request? I've been trying the deck a lot and I feel like Samsara D. Lotus is a tragic choke point for the deck. Could you explain us how to recover from being interrupted there and which cards are necessary in hand to continue playing?

If your samsara got imperm but you have Opening of The spirit Gate, you can summon Almiraj using Samsara, and with opening reborn samsara from the GY and use its effect
@@pouletkfc6174 yeah, in that case you have to play Almiraj in a pretty tight extra deck, buy might be worth it. However, Imperm in not too problematic, but an Ash Blossom on Samsara might leave you without bodies on field and without a chance of reaching your Yubel engine nor to make a Yama play. In that case I think you specifically need to have Nightmare Pain + Yubel/Spirit in order to at least get to Rage
@@raffaelecantisani1662 i always keep one place for Almiraj, we don't have too much starters or way to bounce back after one interruption, we aren't like snake eyes fire king haha. Almiraj is good in some other cases like if you have nothing to start your play except Opening and Spirit of Yubel in hand. You can activate Opening to search Dark Beckoning Beast, then normal summon him, link into Almiraj and then use the effect of Opening to discard Spirit and reborn her, and then you can use her effect and start your combo. But yeah sometimes you only start with one card combo and if you got ash you cannot bounce back after that, it happens. With LEDE we will have Throne for another starter and Squirmer too for more combo (or if you really need opening for example and someone wants to imperm your Beckoning Beast, you can use as chain link 2 squirmer and pop it so the effect will resolve (works with sharvara too)
@@pouletkfc6174 Thanks, those were some interesting ideas. You've convinced me to keep a spot for Almiraj. Sadly, Squirmer cannot be used to dodge Imperm on Beast, since It can only pop Yubel or monsters that mentions It. Sharvara can do It though, I hope It will come to 2 at least

I have to say, i think this is way too much extradeck space just for access to yubel, im just playing piri reas map so i can get one of 4 cards and calling it a fay, id much rather end on 8 interactions than do all this. This loses to almost any interaction. I just cant see it be worth it.
I can see it when u relize is a 1.5 card combo and if your consistency is between 50% to 60% percent u pretty much will have 2 other cards to keep going in your 5 card opening hand plus the interruption wich is normally in this type of deck structure about 30 % . So i think tbh is very good cause now with beckoning beast u can acces to basic samsara d lotus combo.
In other words now u have this one card combos: samsara Nightmare throne Dark beckoning beast is 1.5 since u need a discard One for one 1.5 again discard And u also have many 2 card combos wich are combinations of sacred beast and yubel cards. So i think it worth make dark beckoning beast a new route to acces to yubel combo consideri g u only open this and u are kinda bricked too. It makes your worst hands better and also make beckoning beast a good negate target if tries to go to this and u still have more cards in hand to do plays call it a nice new bait card too.
