Need motivation. Google up some St. Jude’s commercials and look at those incredible kids! Tends to give me a solid kick in my backside when I get pissy. Ketamine IV therapy changed my life as well. Pills & talk didn’t do it for me. Eliminating alcohol (29-months) & removing toxic people - including family… I’m getting there. Wish I learned it earlier in life. Stay strong… sometimes we fail and that’s okay.

There’s a yt dr All kids are perfect that I watch. The children are so brave working through pain and a great reminder that my problems are solvable.
