Jin cares for Tae in such a special way. And look at Tae, being so happy when he does!
That high-five to cheer Tae up, steadying him from behind when he was tired, hugging him affectionately at the SMA- it’s the little things that Jin does that have such a big effect on Tae’s mood.
He really is an awesome man.
I never thought of them as underrated because they are the visual line and they did a beautiful duet together for Hwarang (they both get the least lines in songs too and look what they did with that OST, so proud of them!).
And with the recent RUN episodes, we got to see a lot more #KimBrothers moments too (Tae, RM and Jin) so that was very nice. Jin cooking warm food for Tae and RM at 7 AM when they went hiking. So sweet.
Jin is the oldest, so naturally he feels obligated to take care of the youngest (Jin mentioned before that JK is his favorite) but I think he secretly takes care of Tae more. Idk but I just get that vibe.
I hope that we can see a clip or something of Taejin watching anime together, because it’s been mentioned that they do.
Can I just say how much I adore and appreciate Jin and all the things he does for BTS? The amounts of time I've seen him feed the members, especially Kookie and Tae is as much as he himself eats. He is just so considerate and caring, always taking care of the members. And the big smiles Tae gives whenever Jin hugs him or plays with him...gah I'm melting TT TT
With this underrated ship. Taejin shippers are like the group of people who had seen the truth while others were blinded by the more famous ships

So so underrated ship . I wonder why people don’t notice them . I think people are all focusing on the popular ships . I feel taejin is the most real one , Thank You for a new taejin video. ❤️❤️ i wish people notice them too and appreciate them too ❤️

But I don’t see people ship them or love them , i had a poll recently in an app I asked whether they ship taejin, Surprisingly many were saying they don’t I mean that broke my heart 💔
The thing is, somehow, majority of the fandom ended up shipping NamJin, naming them the "parents", and they're really loud about it... To the point that you can't go to any video without people saying SOMETHING implying NamJin, and restricting all other interactions to "parent-child". Most annoying are the ones that call Jin "mom" or "wife", coz dude, come on - I get that you ship them, but no matter how much you wish he was a girl to fit your family fantasy, he's a fucking man, so stop with the misgendering.
Anyway, because of this even people who don't actually ship NamJin, especially new armys, end up accepting it as the default ship for RM and Jin. There's also that the more "popular" members are commonly shipped among each other - TaeKook and YoonMin are the majority, even though there is some contention from JiKook and YoonSeok. Somehow, neither RM nor Jin are shipped with someone else strongly enough for there to be an alternate pair - maybe because a lot of the armys, consciously or not, aren't really that invested in them to actually observe their interaction with the others, so they just go with the "default". Seriously, the NamJin in this is so much like heteronormativity it hurts.
That was a hella long post you probably didn't want, but I really needed to rant.
I really understand what you are trying to say, i feel the same , even Jimin played a joke on April fool and then they started to namjin so hard that , they fucking called jin by girls name , and calling him wife etc. They didn’t get the joke and started trend them , that definitely pisses me off too
Jin is my Jinny Yep, I decided not to open twitter till the next day coz my entire feed was filled with NamJin. I don't really hate the ship itself, but I don't really ship them so it's frustrating when people treat it as absolute. Jimin's joke was a jab at the Suga-Suran dating rumours, and instead of appreciating that the fandom jumped into the shipper mode as if he had actually confirmed it.

tae's rose I was drawn to the vkook ship too. But man this one is fantastic. They are just sweet to each other. Vkook is more like a brother love and Jin and V seem like they really just enjoy each others company. It’s a true friendship.

I found this comment from another Taejin video and I thought it'd be a good idea to share it here. And let y'all readers know how great Jin is as a brother and friend:
The reason Jin pulls Tae out from the back and then pushes him back again has nothing to do with [another ship]. This was Tae's first public event appearance since he'd been announced as The Most Handsome Face of 2017, and Tae kept trying to stay in the background and hide as he was embarrassed about the whole thing (you'll see at [171225 SBS Ending 0:10] where he's got his head down and trying to move to the back). Jin makes a joke of it and pulls Tae forward so the audience can see him, and then pushes him back as if to say 'There, you've had your moment as most handsome...’ You can see Tae laughing about it. It's just Jin being the hero he is and trying to make Tae's discomfort about the whole 'most handsome title' thing easier. It's the same reason Jin pushes him to the front again, later. He's trying to encourage Tae not to worry. Few realise just how embarrassed Tae felt about that title. He immediately dyed his hair dark and started posting selfies with his hair messed up, and nearly all with no make up. He's proud of what he has achieved with BTS; not of something he was born with.
I didn't copy the last part of the comment because maybe it'd be inappropriate or start a shipwar, and I also changed some [details] to make it appropriate. I didn't get to ask the original commenter (en verre) permission to share this haha 😅 I can't find the thread again. -Good thing I screenshotted lol- Anyway, it really made me admire their relationship and interactions even more. Especially the way that Jin shows he cares and pays attention to Tae and his dongsaengs. He should seriously get an award for being a good brother or have an award named after him. He has a good heart and I wish more people could appreciate the little but big things that he does.

Taejin is one of my favourite ships.
I adore the way Jin looks out for Tae (like holding onto him after performing DNA when he saw he was very tired) or when a fan passed him by Jin helped keep his spirits up by giving him attention and love when he looked so heartbroken.
I love when Tae defends Jin to the ends of the Earth, and gives him so many sweet compliments.
I watched quite a few Taejin videos before watching the fight on Burn The Stage, and now when I watch them I get so emotional because these two continue to grow with and love each other no matter what.
Tbh I never imagine myself fangirling over taejin. I used to be a hardcore yoonmin & taekook shipper but when I started watching taejin vids everything changed. I love the way taehyung praises and defend jin and jin being sweet and caring towards taehyung. If you watch taejin moments you'll really see their sweet moments towards each other. I really like jin X maknae line moments!💕
