How to join boat panels

are you using straight epoxy or is it thickened with silica

so how long did it take to cut the joints ? they have to be perfect, "Scarf" is the best and only proper way to join sheet ply,.....

I'm pretty sure he CNC'd the joints.

The joints are CNC cut - it is almost impossible to cut that kind of precision by hand. Scarfing is not the best - each system has pros and cons. There are several excellent ways to join wood panels, and scarfing is one of them.
