Looks like the exact same chipset as the Super Console X. Try popping in one of your Super Console X SD cards and see what happens! It should play way more than what is being offered. Sounds like the emulators are not optimized for the chipset.

I'd load Lakka or Betocera for that chip on another sd card and give it a shot. With it having the Amlogic S905x you should have a great chance of success and if so that would open up a lot of potential for other systems and such.
Not bad for 16-bit emulation. The problem is the custom RetroArch that it has (It's set up in Kiosk Mode). It's possible to change the settings but it involved getting into the OS and manually changing the configuration files.
I think it's running in retroarch "kios mode". It's may possible to disable it by using Konami code. I doubt is there a way to reach the internal storage to mage some change to retroarch.
Crazy how many of these console get pushed out in the market it's never ended.
I feel that we should give each and every company their fair shake.
They all have potential.

I suppose it counts as retro itself now, given that the 905x has been obsolete for a few years now.
The Apple console mini thats what it mimics.
No themes and no bezels so for me the Super Console X is still the best plug n play device these days, but nice little naughty machine.
