- Catching you guys up on how the shot put went out in Spokane, Washington at the USATF Indoor Track Championships. The meet went as well as I could have hoped considering the training during the weeks leading up. I got the W and secured my spot in the 2022 World Indoor Championships in Belgrade, Serbia! Now time to dial in my throw as I prep for my first Indoor Worlds in two weeks. Stay tuned for more videos leading up to the big meet!

We love it!!! I’d love a video going over some of your nutrition/daily food intake for you! Also what supplements you are even allowed to take! (If any)!!
Thank you for the behind the scenes look! Living the channel!
These videos are wonderful man, thank you so much for taking the time to give us some insight into your routine. Been applying a lot of what you've been saying from your reverse video to my finish and things are feeling so much more consistent and I am really getting my right side through the shot much more effectively. I even had the chance to send your last video to my head coach for us to play at the team dinner before out first meet. I can't overstate how much impact this can have through both the throwing and entire track community, and I hope that these videos blow up for you. Good luck in Belgrade, you've got a lot of love here from CO!
Great insight into your competition prep. Thanks for posting and good luck for Belgrade!
This is a great video exactly what I wanted but never expected😂

Thank you for these videos. It's great to have someone of your talent share their experiences and passion with others. Above all, don't stop please. Curious to know. Standing throw: what's your PR?
Hey Ryan, bit of a stupid question. But what pants are you wearing when you're talking about the ring? They look pretty sick!
Big congratulations on the win and quallifier!

Nice video, like the behind the scenes thing going on. What's the purpose to your static start throws?
After way too many hours of film study I've become personally convinced that the biggest factor that separates you from everyone else is your right foot. The way you keep it turning the entire time, and the speed that you push off that foot; it's incredible. Could you make a video talking about this? Like is that just natural to you or did you train that?
His right foot is incredible, it genuinely keeps moving the entire time and stays grounded right up until the point of release, its literally perfect
I'm also a shot put thrower so after watching a tone of ur videos I feel a bit more confident about trying the spin technique
LOVE FROM SA🇿🇦

Hii ryan, how can I improve my footwork in shot put circle 🙏
07:41 I have been looking for those black and orange Nike shoes. Any Ideas where to look? What could they be called?
Best thower

Drop a arm day workout
Who to inprow the hand power
I have a general question on the heel foul. I thought they got rid of that a couple of years ago, or did they just change the rule, or something? Kudos on staying out of the mess with Darrell and Nick.
It’s the heel at the front on the toe board that Darrel was called for, they changed the rule out of the back in 2017
@@RyanCrouser23 Thanks!
@@RyanCrouser23 In high school you threw 70+ feet in glide and rotational but you were kinda skinny and no offense but probably not crazy strong. Even though you were like 6.5ft tall, how did you throw so far while being that "small" in hs?
Does the champ reply?
Sorry.. I'm late.... But Okay.... 2nd Comment ❤👑

Also congrats Ryan! Keep up the good work!
Please, meet directors, no more pyrotechnics. Athletes - and everyone else - deserve fresh air. Such displays are undesirable not only from a health perspective but also from a safety perspective.
