      The UN/WHO, and WEF are actively working to do just that. Watch out for the WHO global pandemic preparedness treaty, and/or Biden-favored amendments to International Health Regulations (2005). It's all being done stealthily, and it seems Biden's going to try to sign a treaty without the constitutionally-required approval of 2/3 of the US Senate. The executive branch is tasked with running the country, within the laws that apply. Enforce those laws with discretion, to best serve the peace, prosperity and justice the people who elect leaders, deserve.
      Those leaders appoint dept heads, confirmed by congress, given a budget, and duties.
      Congress passed law giving atf the say on federal policy regarding alcohol, tobacco and firearms. And products linked to the purpose.

      @@UnitSe7en I suggest you take your own advice. They are creating new laws. By creating new rules that change the scope of existing statutes they create a new laws. Even though the original statute remains unchanged it's scope has not. This creates in effect a new law. The problem with ATF is that they are tasked with violating the Bill of Rights. They also suborn entering into conspiracy to treat people as pre-criminals to the network of private FFLs as gate-keepers to access to firearms.
      The whole firearms regulation system is an illegal scheme where the people have to beg permission from the FBI NICS center in DC to exercise their right to purchase a new firearm.

    The ATF isn't the only three letter agency that's pulling this trick. As a RC modeler, we were assured that we were not to be touched, the FAA is now charging us a tax on each model airplane I build, in a registration fee and setting minimum ages at which we can start teaching our kids how to fly. It's killing our hobby, as kids turn to other activities. All of the three letter agencies need a swift overhaul, and made to comply with the Constitution, and make it plain that the president can't change this at his whim.

      The true leaders of the world know/understand this and are Always willing to put aside their Morals, ideals and feelings to achieve their goal, which usually involves keeping the rest of us in control. Until we play the game by their rules, we will be regulated into submission.😢

      If we don't stop this and the politicizing of our justice system, we'll lose every once of our freedom. This nonsense of global warming, it brings in to the deep state, $75 Million a day in grants, taxes, donations, all in the name of stopping something that doesn't need stopping. It's not Socialism we should be fearing, its Feudalism, going back four or five hundred years to when we were the serfs to the local royals, they want to carve up the planet into their own parcels and we'll be their slaves.

      I prefer the FAA over most other organizations though. I believe it's currently an issue of leadership! Many of these recent regulations have slashed all the aviation classes I took in high school. Noe my high school has only one of its four aviation classes, and even then it's a shared class with the it/coding and computer engineering classes

    • @jamesberwick2210
      @jamesberwick2210 Рік тому

      @@EdibleFuture A good number of the pilots, I knew in the Air Force, (40 yrs. ago), went into the Air Force, after flying model airplanes as kids. So did many of the airline pilots, I flew model aircraft with. With the restrictions on age that the FAA has now put-on radio-controlled models, where are they going to get the next generation of pilots from? It's that love of model flying that takes a good percentage of modelers, the next step, from ground pilot to private pilot, to airline or into the military and flying for the military. I remember flying RC or Control-line models near or on base, and have pilots come watch and talk about flying them when they were growing up. To me, the FAA is shooting themselves in foot for the next generation of pilots. I raced RC planes and every time I had a race against one of the top pilot's son, a nine-year old, he beat me, I joked it was embarrassing to lose to someone that young. He'd be excluded from flying due to his age. I started at five building models with my dad, RC by fifteen, competitive in my twenties. If they can't fly until their 17 or 18, it's too late to build the skills they need to fly or build models, so they only fly already built models, and never learn the skills to build from kits or plans. Many RC pilots have gone on to build wooden full-size aircraft and fly big planes, while still enjoying models. I'm in my early seventies and still carry the love of building and designing my own competition models. Keep the FAA out of model aviation, let us pass our passion for flying our way, to younger members.

      They don't want the kids to learn to fly rc planes until they have endocrine them into believing the way the left wants them to so they can control anyone that can fly a drone, total control, that is what they are trying to do to the kids in school today, anything the parent tells them is BS they should only believe what they are taught in school, Government wants total control, sounds kinda like socialist doesn't it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
