    Paul we need to initiate Kevin into the Fruitful Five. 🥭

      Definitely, then they can be the fruitful fix. They would actually have to move up to 15 members to keep the phonemic.

    Wow! I’m a retired Horticulturalist and Landscape Designer on Merritt Island; worked 1/8 of a mile away from Denise for 7 years. I NEVER KNEW SHE WAS THERE!! 🤦‍♀️ Thank you again, Paul! You’re adventures and networking have been so helpful.

    I too have a food forest on Merritt Island. The drought this year has really decreased the yield. I originally (50 years ago) lived about three groves south of this lady but now I’m in North Merritt Island. South Merritt island was a great place to grow up in.

    It's not just because of Merritt Island. Just West of Merritt is Melbourne and we grow mangoes easily.

    I love classic mangos. I want a mango to taste like a mango. So yea, there is a market for classic mangos. I have tasted new varieties.

    Correction, Indian River and Banana River are not rivers. They are lagoons. Just saying.

    i went to this farm and picked up some mangoes. Denise quoted me $60.00. i handed her a $100.00 she gave me $10. 00 back saying she made a mistake. i brought the mangoes home 12 mangoes turned into a soggy balls and turned into juice.
    Some were nasty and tasted like raw potatoes. there were about four mangoes that were somewhat good.

    What is the best rootstock for mango further north? Is there a rootstock than can push the zone into South Georgia? Or even Saint Marys which is on the coast and exit 1 on the Florida Georgia border?

    I love reading reviews. She’s apparently rude and unprofessional and charges $25 to get in and then you pay $4 a pound of fruit. Imagine three people getting in and getting one mango, out like $80.

  • @rpfl5586
    @rpfl5586 4 місяці тому

    This place has horrible reviews. Did you have to pay the 25.00 to get in and 5.00 a lb? Or did you get the youtuber discount? So two people is 50.00 and 4 mangos is 80.00 bucks.
