I know exactly what Paul is thinking. I wish I had more land.
Lol I think of that all the time too specially when I see videos like this one 😊
This was a wonderful video. What a beautiful property! The tour was fantastic! Thank you all for making my day! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Ohh Noo. I should have emailed you. I live in Merritt island and I also have an exclusive mango called the Merritt island River Dragon. I would love to share it with you.
Paul we need to initiate Kevin into the Fruitful Five. 🥭
Definitely, then they can be the fruitful fix. They would actually have to move up to 15 members to keep the phonemic.
Agreed
Maybe Kevin should start the Orlando five.
Wow! I’m a retired Horticulturalist and Landscape Designer on Merritt Island; worked 1/8 of a mile away from Denise for 7 years. I NEVER KNEW SHE WAS THERE!! 🤦♀️ Thank you again, Paul! You’re adventures and networking have been so helpful.
I too have a food forest on Merritt Island. The drought this year has really decreased the yield. I originally (50 years ago) lived about three groves south of this lady but now I’m in North Merritt Island. South Merritt island was a great place to grow up in.
Do you have coconut or mango trees
I never heard of Merritt island. The old trees fill me with awe.
I’m going to try to visit the place one day ❤❤
Paul as a Brevard County native the homes situated on Banana River Drive in Merritt Island has lots of Mangos trees many have hundreds. Great idea for an upcoming video from that area!!
Beautiful paradise,I love planting every time I go to visit my family in honduras,I always plant something.
Great Tour!! Denise should consider attending Mangofest to wet her appetite with all the new varieties that are out now.
What city is the Mango Fest?
West Palm Beach, FL
@@marcuswelby921 thank you 💯💥
Wow!
I live nearby and my neighbor has a mango tree and my aunt has one growing from seed and I myself am growing one from seed from a purple mango that was amazing I can't wait to see how the fruit tastes in ten years.
What a beautiful property on the river!🥭🥭🥭
It's not just because of Merritt Island. Just West of Merritt is Melbourne and we grow mangoes easily.
I love classic mangos. I want a mango to taste like a mango. So yea, there is a market for classic mangos. I have tasted new varieties.
Very nice lady and a beautiful property
Really awesome and inspiring video. Looking
Forward to Being able to raise my own trees for fruits. Hopefully , japanese indian american varieties can grow together with bee keepin
Great video paul lovely property
Do you have a video blind tasting mangos? If not, that would be a good video 😆
Great video !
Yes to growing Coconuts on MI Heavy production
Correction, Indian River and Banana River are not rivers. They are lagoons. Just saying.
Technically you're right but that doesn't matter 😂😂but trust me I understand especially when people from FL confuse spinner and black tip sharks like 😩
i went to this farm and picked up some mangoes. Denise quoted me $60.00. i handed her a $100.00 she gave me $10. 00 back saying she made a mistake. i brought the mangoes home 12 mangoes turned into a soggy balls and turned into juice.
Some were nasty and tasted like raw potatoes. there were about four mangoes that were somewhat good.
Do they have an entrance fee??
What is the best rootstock for mango further north? Is there a rootstock than can push the zone into South Georgia? Or even Saint Marys which is on the coast and exit 1 on the Florida Georgia border?
Mr Paul ask how much a pound, thanks
Do you still have mangoes? I would like to visit
The link to Denise’s Facebook page doesn’t work. Thanks
link is fixed
Do yall sell trees?
Where can I purchase a Springfield mango?
Not sure who sells them
I went to Merrit island last year looking for mangoes. Nobody had any. Anyone want to ship me some mangoes?
Does she sell scions?
I love reading reviews. She’s apparently rude and unprofessional and charges $25 to get in and then you pay $4 a pound of fruit. Imagine three people getting in and getting one mango, out like $80.
This place has horrible reviews. Did you have to pay the 25.00 to get in and 5.00 a lb? Or did you get the youtuber discount? So two people is 50.00 and 4 mangos is 80.00 bucks.
Beautiful paradise,I love planting every time I go to visit my family in honduras,I always plant something.
