People have no idea how ridiculous and entertaining the tapir actually is! Most people think it's related to ant eaters or elephants, but it is neither. It's most closely related to the horse, and I can personally attest that it smells like one at close range, as well! And seriously, what other quadruped is so lazy that it literally walks itself onto the bottom of a river and just stands there, fully submerged, for half a minute at a time?
You're welcome! Yeah I was so close that at one point you can hear a smack sound as one of them whips his branch into my GoPro! If you love them as much as I do, please forward to your friends who might enjoy their company. They're totally hilarious... even the daughter steals her mother's banana in the previous video.
