Did you rent a car to get around? Did you take ferry and car to Reinebringen?

Yes we rented a car for Lofoten, it was the most flexible way to travel the island. We rented a car in Bodø and took our car onto the ferry. We recommend getting tickets a day or more in advance if you take a car on the ferry -- we just drove up & waited in line, but we ended up having to wait a whole extra hour because the advance ticket holders filled up the first ferry 😓
For the rest of Norway we took a lot of buses!
