Apologies for the late upload today everyone. My focus has been on the Toronto Pro. Are you following the show? What are your thoughts?
I think Hassan or Iain could walk away with it. Also pretty messed up they made them wait 4 extra hours
Question about arms…is it possible to “overtrain” arms? I implement a lot of your principles, I’m not a bodybuilder but I do want to pack on muscle.
Close between Hassan and Iain for sure. Iain seems to be missing the mark a bit, but hard to tell because the backdrop is shit. Hope Iain pulls it off, but gonna be close. Great vid as always. WYCKED NATION 👊🏼
Enjoy dinner with the boys. Go Iain!
Rootin for our boy Gregory Dawson from Pure Muscle & Fitness who is top 3 calls outs tonight!! 👊🤙
Tips like "pretend like you're looking through the rim of a hat" . Amazing small point that makes you understand the exact movement he's talking about. Well done mike
Thanks so much Walter.
Man i cant say it enough how much i connect with muscle now especially on back movements. Im def a novice but feel like my foundation is way ahead of the game thanks Big Mike
"Immediately turn off the video, and be done with it...." made my day that did.
Who is he talking about? 😂
Every single time. I see one of your technique videos, I learn what you're doing, try it at the gym and think to myself "why the fuck wasn't I doing this before?" Thank you for the wisdom, man.
I honestly wish I had discovered Mike earlier in my life. The change I've seen by incorporating his tips is unreal! If I ever see you at Pure I will express my gratitude in person. Thanks, Mike.
Thanks as a former powerlifter and now 43 and focusing on aesthetics these tips are gold!
Much appreciated content and tips. Thanks Mike!
This dude always saying it how it is. Dying breed. 🤯
This is one of your best videos that I've seen yet. Awesome, especially in regards to bodyweight.
Pure golden advice. It’s truely unique content and we have to appreciate. Keep it coming as long as possible!
I don't know why but your video made me laugh a good amount while still providing good information. Great way to end the night.
Before I saw Mike I looked like Quasimodo and now I've been watching him for years my body transformation has changed drastically and I can say I look upright like an ogre now and built like Buzz Lightyear so Mike if you see this just know how valuable you are to the industry... Much love and respect brother...
This is about the best advice I’ve seen. Nice job dude 👍
Always the most honest 😂 love these vids
This video just saved my back workout. Cheers!
Good info and tips. Especially the " I don't give a ish!" at the end.
The only place I come for training advice now. Can't stand these other bitch made influencers. Keep on keeping it real brother.
Much love Daniel.
Thanks for all the good info I get from you, fun and having someone who tells me in detail how things should be done and it works very well for me Thanks Regards Roger Norway🇳🇴
Thank you so much for all the tips man. This has helped me in my training is so many ways
Really glad I could help Ika 🙏
Awesome training lessons. Very good information
Needed this, been doing it wrong and now it makes sense why, thank you!!
Thanks Carrie, glad it helped. 🙏
"Run fast, run far" .. im dead 💀 😅
I’ve learned alot of useful content since watching your channel, thanks alot👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
Thank you Chillum!
Thanks coach
I love the new intro so much 😂
Right on 💪✌️💪
If you come ever come down under, you should have top on that says "Wycked of Oz". I can say "I'm off to see the Wycked of Oz".
Being 48 and a newbie, I probably would've hurt/tore something by now if I didn't come across your content way back in 2021.
I truely don't know a better "teacher" than you in this field. Whoever finds you, especially the young ones are very lucky.
🤝
Our Big B 😊
I tried how you perform dumbbell row and felt my back as never before! thanks for the great tip. Your tips on how to work better the chest and triceps are also great! I have lowered the weight in order to focus better on training/ moving the muscle. Is any tip for incline bench-supported rows? my gym has no chest-supported row so I use the incline bench.
😂😂😂😂 except great learning,its hilarious
7:50 🤣🤣🤣🤣🐐🐐🐐🐐
'through the tip of a hat' that is a fucking genius cue mate, your full of these its incredible, thank you for all you do big mike you've helped my training a shit ton. 1 question, I've noticed with your back training you seem to specify training Lats above all else, is this because by fully training your lat through full ranges of motion like you do, you hit the other areas of your back as a by product? I know it all connects but I was just curious, thanks Mike.
Hey Mike in regards to your way of doing dumbell rows can you replicate the exact way and movements of doing it with a dumbell in each hand to save time
Mike is taking shots in the comments 😂 Gold
Definitely agree. I have been doing PPL and my small arms are getting proportionally even smaller
Arnold split brought mine up
I second Chris, Arnold split was the remedy for me
I’m moving to a push, legs, pull, push, arms/rear delts/ adductors, pull just bc I have gotten lots of progress elsewhere from ppl. If this doesn’t help, I’ll try the Arnold split.

The problem is that people do too much volume on PPL if u train hard with proper intent u will grow just give appropriate volume...
Hello!
Can Mike, or (anyone really that can tell me differently) let me know if doing Tricep pushdowns with the curl bar, with my back straight, chest up, and getting full ROM on pushing the bar down and getting the stretch at the end is okay? Should I quit that entirely and do the bent over motion?
THANKS!
Many People assume, even fitness instructors, that you cant rock through a movement with a neutral spine. I honestly see more people doing this movement ridged than not.
what about the movement of the arm/elbow. would it be more/better for lat to move the elbow closer to the body? kinda like pulling into the body not outward, "away" from it?
Luke Miller (NoSwitchFitness) is the guy you were thinking of.
I live in the UK, how can I get your gears?
"Sawing wood" lol
I'm pretty sure this is why my back sucks then or at least contributes to it or you know the lack of contribution to it so, thanks for sharing.
Only way to go is up Jonathan.
Where can I get that tshirt?
Hilarious quote upon quote upon quote.
I've always done rows like that but I always get doosh nozzles complain... And literally stop me during my workout... Just to clarify having a little rotation in your spine is good right?... Ive always done that but after countless people complain sometimes it makes me second guess myself...
Travis Scott's are your gym shoes, cool shit.
Alligator arms I just heard 😅😅
Back in black....and white
I'm here for booty rump TRICEPS 😂😂😂
The guy in the white shirt at the end is who he is talking about has a decent size chest but his arms were looking small
Mike, I totally grasp your style and its perfect, BUT can you show us more of your proper style and little less of the buttheads who do it wrong. I rewatch your videos often but want to work the proper form, but you give 25% of the correct and speak and show 75% of what not to do. Thanks
10 minute diatribe. "But at the end of the day I don't give a shit though."
All evidence to the contrary
😂😂😂😂 I bet if you put the box of Timbits on the floor thay will open the lat an grab one 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Mr Gods gift to lifting .Everyone does it wrong .Only his way is the right way
Your words not mine Mike Turner.
The way he puts down other people , you would swear he's the most decorated "trainer" in the world. He's more accomplished than Rambod and Glass combined
Mike gives really great tips. But you have to ignore his "I hate other trainer" comments cuz it's a bit of a gimmick geared toward certain audiences. Like others he would assume he's more right than anyone lol

That tricep pushdown is taught like the second exmple by Ben Paulalski and he has amazing triceps so I dont know wiked both ways arent wrong bro
Cool.
Imo ben pakulski arms look weird overall..and when he turns and faces the rear before he starts hitting poses arms hanging by his side.. his triceps dont have that nice booty like curve..i dont know bro..thats just how i see them
@@WYCKEDTRAINING 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I like this guy kinda. Just seems like a cry baby complainer
Yeah you’re not wrong Bob. I do cry a lot.
I want dinosaur delts. How do I get those mr.wyck?!? Huh huh
My red flag is looking like a damn convict with all those tattoos over ur body.
Oh no the incels have entered the chat.
@@WYCKEDTRAINING and not only that it completely obscure ur muscle definition. How do u expect to win in classic or open with that look.
So what I’m hearing is that you think I could win classic if I remove my tattoos. 🥳
