People tend to get blind sided by Sanji's "flirtatious" ways, but Sanji is not experienced in actually courting women and being in a relationship with them. He's only met women in passing and because of his over the top instinctual reactions, none of them is giving him the time of the day. It makes total sense that he feels shy and awkward when he's the object of their attention.

Jigra's father was in the hospital when his mother died. Because he wanted to attend the funeral, he didn't show up to LinLin's previous tea party (the one they had talked about in the FishMan Island arc). As punishment, LinLin cut off the head of his ill father and send it to him in a box (this is what they had also threatened Sanji with, a box with his dad's head in it)
So Jigra came here now to seek revenge. But he was swiftly assassinated by Charlotte Katakuri, the one with future sight.
We will learn more about this type of Observation Haki later in the arc.
By the way, the scene with the Organ Dealing Assassin Group at 35:07 is filler, as it is not included in the manga.

This small scene together with the other panels which show the Vinsmoke brothers socialising happily are very important character wise. Interactions like these should be impossible if we take into consideration Judge's experiment on them; behaviours like these were actually unthinkable when they were children. This (together with when their Raid Suits were taken away) is a sign that: either the experiment's effects are getting weaker by the years, or Sora's drug has some delayed effect, or possibly both.

Here we see the ordinary citizens of Toto Land celebrating Pudding's wedding and sincerely wish for her happiness. Pudding and her siblings (especially their respective Ministers) have always been good to them. They have no idea about plots and murders and forceful overtakings.
By the way, these are Mont d'Or 's Cheese Island and Amande's Nut Island, both of whom are my favourite Charlotte siblings. Also Cacao Island which used to be Lola's and where now they vote for Pudding as their new Minister.
10:00 Yes, this is exactly one of the themes in Whole Cake Island.
And it doesn't apply just to our side with Bege and Jimbei and their crews, but also with LinLin's children and even the ordinary citizens of Toto Land. The Charlotte siblings have always had to fend for themselves and pretend or try to become whatever their mother wanted in order to survive.
About the citizens (I have mentioned this before), they are willing to give up part of their lifespan in order to stay there. Meaning that their lives on other places in the world (under the rule of the World Government) must have been horrendous. At least now they feel protected even if they will die earlier. (You have yet to know the true horrors of the World Government. I can't wait for you to catch up)
But speaking of this particular scene, to me it's like when parents drive their child's attention elsewhere in order to avoid a tantrum. And there are layers to this: Zeus, Prometheus and Napoleon are all made from LinLin meaning they also have parts of her personality. Meaning this is literally LinLin comforting herself (I can't go too deep into this at this point because of spoilers)

Like Chiffon with Bege, Praline also chose her husband's love over her mother's abusive ways.

She wasn't planning to shave Sanji's eyebrows yknow, she planned and enjoyed and looked forward to finishing his livelihood EV... if she's old enough to deceive and plot to kill, she's old enough to understand her actions have consequences. Sure her living situations are heart wrenching, however she herself is still dangerous. Big Mom has a daughter who escaped... sounds CRAZY harsh coz now I understand more how powerful Big mom actually is... but human life is the most sacred in all realms of fairness and equality. She intended to kill, (Kais aims his DF power at her lol)
After she is not a threat to human life,,, it would be the time to be empathetic, sympathetic and engage with her on a deeper level to progress her healing journey. It's like a house being on fire, the Initial problem is the fire... once extinguished... we can look at how it began, hazardz, pyro, arson, etc.

Also, I have already expressed how her every action when she's not been monitored may have actually been counterproductive in her mother's plan.
It's fine to understand her and not like her, but it's another matter to dislike her because you misunderstood her.
Anyway, I can't wait to see what you think of her when you reach *those* parts. Since I don't remember if you are already past them (editing episode 841, is it?), I will refrain from saying more.
