Did you see how others around her mistreated her? Even her own mother who had especially created her with a third eye. We will also see later that apart from patronising and traumatising her children, LinLin was never there for them. All of her children (especially the older ones) were left to fend for themselves from a very young age. This is something that can turn very ugly, especially if you take into account how many enemies LinLin has.
Also, Pudding is in a bigger danger than her siblings because: 1- She's not an exceptional fighter, like Smoothie or Amande, 2- exactly because of her third eye, she can be targeted by other people who want to decipher the Poneglyphs or even the World Government who is against it. Speaking of which, it's highly possible that Pudding is the last of her kind. It's also highly possible that LinLin may have killed Pudding's father from fear that he would help someone else become Pirate King with his ability. Even though none of these are confirmed, it's true that Pudding grew up away from her father, a person who could possibly understand and comfort her, and even train her to use the eye's possible latent ability.

Actually, after rewatching this scene many times (or maybe it's because I am caught up, or maybe both), I am not sure anymore if the brothers are laughing because they don't really understand the reality of their imminent death or if it's because they *do* and just accept it.
I have talked before about how I think that the Vinsmoke siblings have started to deviate from their original "programming": Being huddled together in camaraderie unknowingly seeking comfort in each other, showing courtesy and even kindness to strangers when there's nothing to gain, finding loopholes in orders (Reiju was ordered to put the explosive handcuffs on Sanji, but she had already switched them beforehand), and other things that happened later concerning their relationship with Sanji and eachother (and another thing that the mare mention of it is a huge spoiler for now).
My point is that the signs are there. There's hope for Sanji's brothers and I really hope for a happy future for them 😊
