I agree with him. I am not rich but I’m a homeowner, have an MBA, only debt is my car note and mortgage. No credit card debt or personal loans. I do have a car note because I wanted a new car but I can buy anything, absolutely anything, I want. Both of my grandmothers were not educated, were custodian in a school/hospital, lived in the projects and didn’t know how to drive. My mom and dad both graduated from high school and both had taken a few college classes but no more than 5 classes. That’s call progress.
