1️⃣. High knees making sure your knees are up in front with your back straight. Both feet land at the same time with knees bent and minimal cont to cut with the ground.
2️⃣. When jumping to the left and right landing one one foot with knee bent using arms for balance. Your toe should be pointing forward and your knee should be stable and pointing the same direction as your toe.
3️⃣. Transferring feet over first hurdle landing on your toes minimal contact on the floor. When going to the left and right have a bounce in your step and only lifting one foot over the hurdle. Remember the stick landing to finish this is when you land in a squat positing and dont sink down.
4️⃣. Same as above but instead of the stick landing you will land I an onguard position and then Lunge. Be creative and try balestra,fleche ext ✅ Equipment - make a square on the ground you can elevate it to increase the difficulty. You can start with drawing a large square on the ground with chalk outside. ⚠️ Not suitable to people with injurious.
Make sure all exersises are executed slowly with controled movements then gradually increases the speed.
