On the top it says , INSTRUCTIONS Take all labels and cardboard wrappings off of the item. Cut all of the red ribbons. Unroll each of the fire cracker rolls inside the cylinder forming one continuous string of firecrackers. Do not attempt to take string of firecrackers apart. Place on the ground, light safety fuse and get away. I like huge rolls of firecrackers but the mess they make is pretty wild. Lighting them bound up like that will not make the fuse go in a straight line and will make many cuts up, down and through the firecracker sending unlit fireworks all over and not lighting everyone.
Yeah I saw them do a world's record of inch and a quarter firecrackers and they must have read the directions. But instead of on the ground they had them suspended in the air. Kind of like a curtain of firecrackers. They must have had 15 of those things. They said it was either 200,000 or a quarter of a million. Somewhere in that range. Although 15 of those would only be 240,000.
I don't get it... everyone likes to make fun of products they don't understand but they never read the instructions. I noticed the same on here. No one wants to read a comment that's more than a few words.
Yes, I'm the kind of person that would have read and follow the instructions And it wouldn't have been near as good. I like how Cody just says: Aw hell why not light them all at the same time! One of the reasons I watch the channel is he does stuff I'd never do.
LOL I guess you didn't hear me as I was yelling at my screen, "...the instructions are RIGHT THERE, on the bottom of the package !.." Hahahaha... not sure what they said, but it might have helped figure out how to do it as intended. Lots of fun, none the less! Cheers!
LOL, it says to take the label, cardboard, and binding ribbons off. Then unroll it and lay each row in a line. Then light the safety fuse and get away. I think the idea is to have the roll layers overlap a bit so the fuses ignite each new row in the line.
Lol I had to clip this from the original video because it’s such a weird firecracker. You can watch the full video here: ua-cam.com/video/robAk3bslew/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
before this was around... there was a 50,000 roll sold by black cat... i didn't buy fireworks for 3 years to buy it at 16... i think it was $200... you rolled it out and it was probably a 10th of a mile long.
@@BradfordGuy Yup, a major "missed-opportunity" to find out how it was supposed to be used. IMO, it didn't last very long for the amount of firecrackers it supposedly had!
Growing up in Hawai'i, I was no stranger to multi-thousand firecracker strings and displays - but this is so much more rapid, it's overwhelming even through my tiny office loudspeakers. Those are definitely well worth the price of admission!
I remember watching a Chinese new years celebration in Hawaii where they lit a 100 ft roll of black cats. I was like 10 but I'll never forget it. Seemed to go on forever.
We bought the 4000 roll and I'm glad we did unroll it to light. It took at least a full minute to get through them all. We got cheers from neighboring cul de sacs it was loud, smokey, and messy.
Instructions are pretty clear if you look for em on those. Clearly you guys havnt bought them before. Literally get 2 every year to start everything off. They are more impressive if you unroll em. Have a great 4th this year boys!
You know when i set off my pound of nitrate flash i should of filmed it, i couldn't even imagine the number of decibels it produced, produced the biggest boom and flash I've ever concocted in with flash powder, the shockwave was crazy powerful you could feel it hit your chest and body really hard, would of definitely blew me apart and killed me if it had gone off in my hands or in front of me, i mixed my nitrate, aluminum and sulfur all in one plastic ziplock bag and shook it all around pretty hard until it was mixed thoroughly, compressed all of the air out of the bag zipped the bag up and stuck a fuse in it and lit it, i was only standing about 10 feet away when the pound of nitrate went off. 😮😮😮🤯🤯🤯
I feel like the fireworks nobody buys are peanut shells. Mainly because the average person doesn't know what the heck they are. There's always so much stock of those at firework stores for that reason.
Glad they didn’t sell those when I was a kid because somebody would’ve lost a mailbox and I’d have lost the ability to sit down after daddy found out. (Worth it) 😉
These Einsteins don’t bother to read the INSTRUCTIONS shown on the bottom that I just read by stopping the video and reading around the guy’s fingers. Wheee do we get such people?
We have purchased a different version of th 16k fireworks roll. It was roughly the size of a compact spare tire and extended for more than 150ft. It burned an uncomfortably long time. The police could have easily arrived before it finished. Almost all of the mass was still there in the morning, but now filled several trash bags.
Me and my family done one before it’s so fun because it goes down the road cracking one by one, but yeah it’s because you have to put in work for it cost a lot, but I love it 1:46
At a 4th of july gathering years ago one of the folks who had daytime fireworks had this, and just lit part of it on fire and had it upright and wound up. It was super loud, short, and a big mushroom cloud of funk came out.
Kept on seeing those too when exploring the firework shops and almost bought it, now I know how it looks like and what it does. Should of got it at one point. Looks pretty awesome.
I’ve done a 16,000 roll of firecrackers before And there is no words to describe how loud it was. Like loud as canister shells. It sounded like a static tv but super loud.
We do a 16000 roll of firecrackers as our finale every year at the 4th, because my uncle who is no longer with us would buy one every year. So now we do one (or more) in his honor!
Its that time of year again, binging CodyB to live through him vicariously. Times are tough so I can't buy nearly the amount of fireworks I want to so I just check this channel out come summer time.
What are you waiting on Gavin? Make some videos man, the whole world is waiting for ya and you're gonna do great bro, you got this, it's gonna be good! 💪

I've seen people buy something like that but in a different configuration and they just roll it down the street and it lasts a lot longer and it's bigger than that one you have in this video.
Everyone was wrong about these. Please watch this video to see: ua-cam.com/video/M0WJ3xSywck/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared

I couldn’t even finish watching the video listening to him talk about not knowing what to do when the instructions were literally right there. 🙄

I was so close to it when it went off that any more than a foot or two closer would of internally killed me or done some damage
Lol

Peanut shells were one of my favorites when I was a young kid
Or they assume it's just a shop display piece, not a real firework.
I salute you for for the level of safety you brought to this video, which is a lot more than some people with fireworks do.
