It’s funny how squatters can show fake receipts and leases and they are able to stay for months at a time. Can’t even get those suckers out. But when you have someone who legitimately paid, signed a lease, viewed the property, and moved in, they have to be out within 24 hours 😠

The US government should enforce some sort of persecution towards these scammers from India. The people that are usually affected are elderly people and people with low income who are just trying to survive in this economy.

Same thing happened to us when my daughter was a baby. We was paying this man... Along with other tenants he rented houses to.... But he pocketed it. When the new landlord took over she came to our home threatening to evict us because records showed we hadn't paid in a LONG time. Thankfully my mom had all her receipts and a week later the new landlord and came back again. She told us after doing her research that he had took a lot of ppl's money renting thru that office and had skipped town. 😂 thank God we didn't face eviction. I hope things work out for this mom. Scammers make me sick in today's society
Omg the same thing happend to me a few years ago. My manager was stealing money out of the register as soon as she promoted me because I was doing the till at night. She tried to frame me and force me to quit but I made her fire me and then reported her to corperate and they offered me my job back

These rental scams are coming from Housing authority of Fulton County and East point housing authority. When you're interested i have receipts..
