I love how she really shows us what she really eats (healthy) unlike other models claiming they eat pizza and junk food (unhealthy) which means that they properly had slice of pizza for the entire day or in other words starving themselves.
omg same. i keep saying it to my friends. she really show us if you want that body you can have it but at the same time you have to work for it and be discipline. yet, any other models they like to say i love pizza i just tons of donuts they don't eat healthy they make ourselves feel bad for damn sure whilst for a fact behind the camera they'd literally go on a strict diet with a strict work out routine but they act like they go their body easily although by eating junk

Really, Karlie? Buying water is SO, SO, SOOO bad for the environment! What, you can't bring a reusable water bottle with you? Are you too good for perfectly safe tap water (in the majority if countries you visit, at least)? That's SO discouraging to see.

Really compression stockings? What do you like them for Karlie? I've never seen them recommend unless you have diabetes :) also good tip on food! I'm going to be travelling soon for two weeks and I was going to try and live off of what I could get for free at the lounge etc but I think I'll stay healthy if I bring my own. Thanks!!

Healthy fats? Karlie-do yourself & your body a favor and order your eggs/omelets with whole eggs--not egg-whites only. Although the whites have protein--you lose out on all the valuable nutrition & fats in the yolks! ♥
Breakfast ISNT the most important meal of the day.. cant believe you havent educated yourself on nutrition and learned better than that. Especially if someone isnt naturally hungry in the morning should they force themselves to eat? Ab not.
