Today I worked on an interview with my friend Joamil Rodriguez... He's the Owner of Laced Boston! last night in Boston during the protest of George Floyd's death, his iconic store was vandalized and LOOTED. A growing symbol of urban culture here in the city was left stripped down to the bare shelves. Joamil's response is something I'll always admire about him... #LacedBoston #Laced #Looted

Looked you up because I just saw this on the news. Sorry for that loss of merchandise and just the violation of being broken into. You've handled it all very well. I so want to see more Latino shop owners like you. I do feel that we Latinos all (I'm a Nuyorican) are people of color too. We identify with being discriminated one way or another at times. Wishing you much success and by the way you speak you are already successful. 👍🏼 Let's all work together towards respect and being respected.
