- Full of rage and frustration at what was happening in her body, Catherine decided to fight her menopause. It was a battle she couldn’t win. After several embarrassing incidents, she learned the importance of embracing the changes she was going through. In this TEDx talk she shares with us the four pillars that helped her reframe the menopause as an opportunity to get excited about. Catherine O’Keeffe, founder of Wellness Warrior, is Ireland’s first menopause coach and specialises in menopause in the workplace. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
Im going through this right now. My husband is 6 years younger than myself. Im 45 and I’m biting his head off every other day. He doesn’t understand at all. I don’t expect him to but a little compassion would help. I feel like I’m going crazy. I already have bipolar, manic depression and borderline personality disorder so all of this makes it 1000 times worse. 😢
Oh mate! BPD here too! Just started perimenopause.😢❤ hope you are well x
I'm 54 and a few weeks ago menopause hit me like a ton of bricks.
Mt husband is 7 years younger.
No one ever explained this to me so how could he possibly understand?
I have been binge-watching menopause videos and found one to share with him
I just want you to know you are not alone.
Hugs
