- staircase too narrow
- cubboards right behind the door in the first bedroom
-awkward living room but can be managed as per individual taste by removing the partition

Ventilation in the house is not that great. Also the architecture is very basic, 500 square yard could use some enhancements rather than just 4 big rooms and common area. Quality of materials is good but the plan out of the house is very boring.
