- YES! I have been waiting for an opportunity to purchase a shaft driven bouncer for a long time, just the "right one" never came along... until now. My friend Mikal built this bouncer specifically for the TTC 2019 (Tough Truck Competition), hosted in Alberta Canada. After the event, he had let me know that he was interested in my TRX4 Bronco that was slightly upgraded, and if I could throw in a few extra parts for an upcoming build, and a few extra bills.. this beauty could be mine. I jumped at the opportunity, as I know the quality of Mikals work, as well as the buggy was the answer to my "Tango", MOA Rock Bouncer. I knew my collection would have to include "Tango and Cash".. a reference to an old Sly Stone and Kurt Russel movie from back in the 80's.
Have a look at it, and see what you think. I had to hit up the Backyard Rock Park for my first run with this machine. It's so well balanced, but like any machine.. will take some practice to get "good" with it. Plenty of power with a 2 speed transmission and brushless electric motor & sensored esc combo.. Hopefully the build can inspire you .. and maybe lead you down a great path in the hobby of Radio Control!

Really nice rig. The longer wheelbase makes for difficulties in the tighter turns but adds tremendous stability in the more open climbs He build very well indeed

my dream build. ever since seeing you install the wheel weights on the TRX-4 bronco, I've been dying to see a setup rocking that much brass in the lower drive train... Total score... I'm not at all surprised you made that trade

Not gonna lie, when you showed the wall of RCs and I didn’t see Tango at first, I thought you sold tango. My heart dropped when I didn’t see it, but I was relieved to know you still had Tango. You’re a better driver than most of us, because you’re able to do this while still holding a camera.
The TTC competition has been awesome! It was great to watch and was worth waiting a few days for each episode.
Loved the TTC coverage and looking forward to seeing the big dirty.
I sure did enjoy the rude boys TTC it was awesome this year , especially with Little Moe competing, that was super cool !! Wow what a great looking bomber. I love these tires KLR/M I have the gold and the red I have the red on my TRX4 bronco and the gold on my 1.9 Wraith. They are awesome. I'll be watching for more.

That's the thing Braxx! Its not made to be a rock crawler.. rather, a Bouncer :) Built to go UP UP UP, and with SPEED :) I was just having some fun on the rocks today to try it out

We need to get him to an RC National Rock Racing Association or King of the Mountain RC Bouncer Race Series event. This is not rock bouncing. This is rock crawling. I felt the same way with the Tango build. MOA? Come on now. I'm sure a lot of the guys would love to put a V8 on the front axle and a V8 on the rear axle in the 1:1 races. hahahahaahahah

RCSparks Studio digital stabilization is a thing. Doesn’t seem like you’re using a gimbal in this video. Only negative I’ve noticed with the phone or GoPro mounted to the transmitter is the noises of the throttle and steering being picked up pretty bad on video. Meh whatever. Seems like a major pain to drive with one hand.

As a long time friend, This is a beast!! It reminds or the rock hoppers I use to go watch in Disney, OK!! Such an amazing job!! It is total inspiration to me, and if I had a small welder, I'd be attempting to build these type of chassis for a new build if I had the means. I rarely leave a Like click for any vids - nothing personal, just can't be bothered. I did for this one though, because this is such a great machine. Where to start? Pfff, haven't got a clue but now I'm even more anxious to try my Xerun motor after witnessing that performance. Hats off to Michael!
So Aaron, when you film alone, you need to:
- continuously point the camera
- narrate play by play and describe the vehicle parts
- drive one-handed
- try not to **ck up
- think up B-roll footage
- drive the vehicle with some skill
- hide the beer & pain killers

Yeah I prefer a "natural" sound lol but the *best* sound ever is tyres fighting for grip on the rocks, your Pinky and Tango video in Cali is like AMSR to me mmmmm :P
