Remember you can do the 7 levels in any area of the court you find it difficult to change grips, not just what we show! Also who made it to the bloopers at the end? 😂
Great video as always! Not just the usual rubbish about grip changes, you highlighted nicely their real life application and how you develop it over time to do without thinking :) great practices also - THANKS
i just started watching your videos and i find them really helpful. it’s not that i’m saying other content creators are bad but i just prefer your channel. really helpful and straightforward. thank you for everything that you guys have done for all of us who love badminton 🙏🏻
Thank you so much for this video Greg and Jenny, from the past few days I'm not feeling good while I play or I'm just not catching the rhythm while I play, making silly mistakes in every point, but I promise I'll work on it and definitely improve. Take care and see ya 😊
It is really motivating to see your video before I go to play on weeksends. Above all you both have a great chemistry when it comes to deliver the video content.
Thanks again for this video, guys! Changing grips right now has always been a challenge for me, like doing a back hand on a forhand and vice versa, and defense:')
Nice video. If you don't have a partner, you can practice as follows 1. Alternate Shadow between forehand and backhand 2. Same as 1 but with a heavier racquet like a tennis racquet 3. Hit against a wall
Hey Guys !! Thank you soooo much for the tips.....I loooove watching your videos always....right now due to lockdown I can't go and play but I have gain sooooo much already to practice once it is possible to play again...yeyyyy
Awesome video! I was wondering if you guys could make a video on the basics of a badminton game and the nuances between a singles and a doubles game? Thanks Greg and Jenny! 😊

Great video - also worth a mention about grip size - many players both adult and juniors have put under grips over under grips making the racket grip huge so they wouldn't be able to do any of the grip changes you've shown - quite common to see big grips - its awful
Excellent video! Do you have any suggestion of how to get rid of "bad habits?" I tend to feel comfortable putting my thumb on the wide side of the backhand, but I know I shouldn't do that :(
This video was good and easy to understand. I request you to make videos on footwork types and the methods to practice it. Please consider this request. All the best
Thanks 😀 Haha a lot of people have been asking for that, we'll see what we can do! We have only just started trying it out so would want to test it properly before sharing our views!
The important question are, what grip to hold as a default before changing to other grips and what situation to use those various ones, for example, forehand net kill vs backhand net kill, backhand cross net shot vs simple in-front net kill, because where you hit the shuttle and angle matter.
Hi Giovani, well spotted 😀 A lot of people have been asking for a review, we'll see what we can do! We have only just started trying it out so would want to test it properly before sharing our views!
@@BadmintonInsight Hi, wasn’t expecting a reply. Awesome channel by the way! Just thought it would be good to get a close up and/or a replay of the switching between the grips at 1:09. It was a bit quick and far away.. First world problem, i know.. Thanks again.

Woooohoooo another video !!!thank you both 😁 I just found a place at my house where in can do wall practice ( against my brick home) What would you recommend as far as frequency and sets/reps for wall practice ?
Hope you enjoyed it Daniel! 😄 Hopefully you don't struggle with brick too much - the shuttle might keep pinging off at funny angles! We often do 300 before a session (100 with a normal racket, 100 with heavy racket, 100 back with a normal racket) :)
