    Remember you can do the 7 levels in any area of the court you find it difficult to change grips, not just what we show! Also who made it to the bloopers at the end? 😂

    Nice video. If you don't have a partner, you can practice as follows
    1. Alternate Shadow between forehand and backhand
    2. Same as 1 but with a heavier racquet like a tennis racquet
    3. Hit against a wall

    Great video - also worth a mention about grip size - many players both adult and juniors have put under grips over under grips making the racket grip huge so they wouldn't be able to do any of the grip changes you've shown - quite common to see big grips - its awful

    Excellent video! Do you have any suggestion of how to get rid of "bad habits?" I tend to feel comfortable putting my thumb on the wide side of the backhand, but I know I shouldn't do that :(

    The important question are, what grip to hold as a default before changing to other grips and what situation to use those various ones, for example, forehand net kill vs backhand net kill, backhand cross net shot vs simple in-front net kill, because where you hit the shuttle and angle matter.

    can you explain how to hold the racket in detail at contact point?(like smash and forehand clear )i know we need to hold tight,but how ,i know at least two ways one is index finger is slightly above thumb and the second is putting your thumb right above index finger,i don't know which is right or just depends on which way you feel comfortable😄ཽ😄ཽ

      @@BadmintonInsight yes i had,but i am talking about how to hold the racket when the moment you hit the shuttle,like smash we dont hold the racket tight until contact point,some say we should clench our fist at that moment.May i know whats your view on that? or mayby thats something i take it too seriously haha

      Yes don't think about it too much but you should definitely be squeezing your fingers a little!

      Hope you enjoyed it Daniel! 😄 Hopefully you don't struggle with brick too much - the shuttle might keep pinging off at funny angles! We often do 300 before a session (100 with a normal racket, 100 with heavy racket, 100 back with a normal racket) :)

    doubles player here. i smash (with my grip lower for power) defender pushes to middle and i struggle to do a control shot since i still have my grip is still lower. how to switch to higher grip quickly. ?

    Wooooooow the lvl2 where you use a tennis racquet. I tried it and when I used a badminton racquet after it felt so different my racquet was so light 😱😱😱😱. Thanks for the helpful practice guys❤

    Ive been getting blisters on my thumb recently after fixing my forehand grip. Is this normal? If not what am i doing wrong?

      I used to have blisters on the side of my thumb, too, after fixing my forehand grip. After a while they will go away.

    But the thing I wanted to know is how to change in length of grip (defense & smash grip) more efficiently rather than changing between back and dore hand grip…..
