Check out Paddy and the Rats and Happy Ol'McWeasel they are the 2 best celtic sounding bands I've heard. Much better than any of the others.

Northern Spain is far more celtic than anything else.
Buddy, grab a book and learn some history, if you include the word latino means you don't have any idea what you are talking about.
Jax Sean In northern Spain we have a Celtic culture for a very long time, not only in Ireland. Also the bagpipes and their sound are different between the Galician and the Irish, in addition to the dances and traditions. The word "Latino" is associated with people from Latin America, because they are Latin speakers, in Spain we are Hispanics, hence Spanish speakers. I hope it has helped my friend :)
