20k Mile Ownership Update | 2019 Nissan Armada SL

  • Patiently waiting for a Bronco scheduling date, the miles are slowly accruing on our 2019 Nissan Armada. Frankly a little overkill for daily driving, my mother loves the drive and power this Armada provides. Averaging about 17.5-18mpg consistently is nothing amazing but could be worse for the size and displacement this unit has. What are your thoughts on these older, body on frame SUVs? Do they even have a place in the market with current gas prices?

    I've commented a few times on your channel about our high mileage 2018 Armada SL. We ended up selling it around October 2021! Ended up at 160k miles. Was a pretty good truck overall! Only repairs we ever did were an injector and brake switch, although it seemed to still have problems getting fuel at startup towards the end of our ownership. Good luck!

    Alhamdulillah in my experience owning nissan/infiniti, they are more reliable than the toyota/lexus. Especially when you take good care of your Nissan's vehicle with service routine with good oil, good spare parts and so on , in sya Allah they are more-more reliable. 🙂👍

    Very nice it must be expensive for the gas on the armada to fill due to the gas prices.

    Great to see you back Garrison! Nice Armada! I just traded 3 weeks ago. Traded my 2019 Camry XSE off for a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE Hybrid! What an amazing car it is!! Enjoy your stay back home in North Carolina! Always good to see your videos! Travel safe when returning to the Windy City! I appreciate all of your videos! With full respect always! Mark in Iowa.

      Mark! Congrats on the new Camry. I’m sure you’ve got plenty of problem free miles ahead with it. Thanks for watching!

    Great video as always! Does your dads company use a fleet company or do they just manage their own fleet?

    Great video as always Garrison! Call me crazy but for what I need, I’d actually prefer the Elantra over the Armada, though a better equipped one would be welcome!😸

    I rather see the armada kept and get rid of the commander when the bronco arrives because it's newer.
    I also feel bad for those who have to fill up gas guzzling cars with the crazy high gas prices and the broncos also sell so well where I live.

      Armada is on borrowed time- my dad doesn’t like it.

      @@ThinkOutsideTheCube What’s wrong with it for your dad?
      It’s also big like the commander and comes with a v8 engine.

    Why are you guys trading in the Armada for a bronco? Wouldn’t it be better replace the Jeep with a bronco?

    • @ThinkOutsideTheCube
      @ThinkOutsideTheCube  Рік тому

      The Jeep is just an extra car- driven once or twice a week. No need to tie up a more expensive car to sit

    Only 20k miles and already needs tires? We always get 50-60k with our cars.
