In this video I’m making a 10 LED Sequential Circuit. I have made this circuit by using simple components such as 555 timer and cd4017 ic and come common components. I have used 100uF capacitor because. I want leds to run slow if you want it fast replace 100uf capacitor with small value 22uf you can also control its speed with the variable resistor. COMPONENTS:
1- 10X LEDs
2- 1X CD 4017 IC
3- 1X 555 TIMER IC
4- 1X 10K VARIABLE RESISTOR
5- 1X 1K RESISTOR
6- 1X 10K RESISTOR
7- 1X 0.1Uf NON POLAR CAPACITOR
8- 1X 100Uf POLAR CAPACITOR
9- VERO BOARD
10- JUMPER WIRES

Led sequence ko left se right and right se left chalane ke liye kya kiya jaa skta hein. Mujhe car mein ek single module bnana hein jisme left turn signal lgane pe left se right aur right turn signal lgane pe right je left jayega. Aisa bnane ke liye kya krr skte hein?

Hi, Help Please.....Senior Citizen here. I am making a lighthouse and this is perfect. I built the circuit for 6 LED's and they sequence in order. My problem is after the 6th led goes out, there is a PAUSE before it starts back up with the 1st LED. This video, whereby the lights sequence and CONTINUE to sequence without a PAUSE from last to first LED. (I can adjust the speed of sequence as per the video with the 10K potentiometer). Could someone help me please?
The pulse is coming as op from 555 , which is input to 4017, so if you vary 555 ic resistance and capacitor different values on breadboard you may achieve desired effect .... That is what I think .....
Make sure that it is output 6 (pin 5) of the CD4017 that is connected back to the reset pin (pin 15) as that will ensure equal spacing even when it wraps around.
first remove pin 15 from positive supply then connect out 7 of cd4017 which is pin 6 to pin 15
