@@andy12lima RAZONES POR LAS QUE CHILE NO CEDIO TERRITORIO HABLANDO DE LA PATAGONIA ORIENTAL. 1.- Chile nunca la reclamo como suya en algun documento por ende nunca hubo pretencion. 2.- Argentina si la reclamo como suya en una ley de 1878. 3.- Chile fijo sus limites en la constitucion desde 1811 hasta 1888 donde se decia explicitamente que la frontera oriental era la cordillera de los andes en todo el territorio nacional. 4.- Al momento de la firma del tratado de limites con Chile en 1881, Argentina ya la habia reclamado como suya en ley mientras la estaba conquistando con la "conquista del desierto" 5.- Nunca hubo ningun chileno habitando la patagonia oriental como si la occidental. 6.- En los documentos del imperio español se dice que toda la patagonia pertenecio a Chile y luego que pertenecia al Virreinato de la plata. Es decir ambos paises tienen documentos donde se justifica la pertenencia lo que provoca solapamientos y contradicciones, esto por la nula claridad de la corona respecto a estos territorios. 7.- El tratado de 1881 solo fue una fijacion de limites ya que ambos paises reconocian la cordillera como frontera. 8.- Para las potencias europeas y para EU toda la patagonia de costa a costa era "terra nullis" es decir sin ningun dueño. Esto basado es sus mapas e historiadores. 9.- En los tratados de paz y limites con Peru y Bolivia se ocupa explicitamente las palabras "ceder" y que quedan para Chile a perpetuidad los territorios ocupados en Bolivia y Peru. En cambio el tratado de limites de 1881 con Argentina solo dice "El limite entre Chile y Argentina es..." 10.- A lo largo de la historia, en cada uno de los tratados de cesion de territorio el vencedor (el que anexa territorio) le paga al perdedor una suma por el nuevo territorio. En el tratado de 1881 no hay nada de eso porque no se cede nada, solo se fijan fronteras entre dos estados que avanzan hacia el sur matando aborigenes y anexandose los territorios correspondientes. 11.- Al momento de la proclamacion de tratado de limites entre Chile y Argentina en 1881; Chile hace meses que ya habia vencido al ejercito peruano y boliviano y se encontraba saqueando Lima.
