In this G major scale, can it also played for other Chord progression ? as long as it starts with G major ? please we're really confuse
You can play whatever you want, he's just showing the typical chords in G Major, G (1st grade), Em (6th minor), C (4th) and D (5th), which are the ones typically in pop songs. However, you can play any chord you want. A minor, B major, D7 major, and C minor all sound really well in the *key* of G major, in no particular order.

The root note is incredibly important but don't leave behind your friends trying to constantly chase it. Give the other notes their time and don't rush it. If you need to, don't play more than 3 notes at a time and sometimes skip the root.

That is the G major scale highlighted.
Blues scale would be the G major pentatonic scale with a flatted 3rd (B flat in the key of G).
@@neilmartin99 I mean the dark blue notes starting with the open strings there. Forgive me if it's super simple question. I learned the g major scale with positions 1-5. So I thought to look up g major backing track and play around in the first shape/position of G major, starting on 3rd fret of low E string.
Most backing tracks I've found have groups of notes highlighted like this that aren't any of the 5 major scale positions I learned
@@cadencedoherty9981 Ok so, what you are looking at is position 5 for the G major scale.
In this particular video with the G major scale, the notes are correct.
Don't get caught up in the position names or numbers but for argument sake, I would consider the dark notes as position 1 in G major scale. Someone else might call it position 5.

In this video they decided to highlight one position but you can use any of the shapes you learned as long as it is in G major.

Down 3 frets from G is the 6th of the scale which is its relative minor (E) or aeolian mode. Works for all major scales all over the fretboard.

I can't understand, that if you guys have equipment to make these good sounding tracks, with nice graphics, why can't you write down the duration of the chords corretcly. One bar, two bars...would be so simple

I'll do it. I'm bored. The trick is to split it into an A section and B section and only do the A section once on this first pass and twice thereafter.
A section:

Correction - I listened all the way through and the length of the A section is not consistent. Instead just play it A B A B... but vary the length of the A section so that the G - Em - C - G - D phrase gets repeated as follows:
1st time : 2x (As written in above post)
2nd time : 3x
3rd time : 5x
4th time : 3x
5th time : 3x

After reading your comment I also took my guitar and played around with strumming patterns. You definitely got a point there too. I would say the more straight and simple the happier it sounds. That fits to my life experience that joy feels less complicated than sadness.

I read your comment and honestly I have a bit mixed feelings about this. I appreciate that you are spreading the news about Jesus because he already is my Lord and saviour. I wish everyone knew him that way.
At the same time I find it strange to receive such a message without context.
And to tell someone to read the bible and do what it says is very overwhelming for at least 90 % of the people. There is a lot of content and you don´t have to know most of it BEFORE becoming a christian. I think it is usually our call to pray for and seek out opportunities to speak the gospel into people´s lives where they´re at.
Not overwhelming them but taking them step by step to the basic truths about salvation (just like Philipp with the eunuch in the book of acts).
I don´t want to discourage you from sharing the faith - probably too few christians do that. But please consider changing your approach. I do have some more thoughts about this but I´ll leave it at. This message is already a bit lenghty.
