B&Cyn Do you happen to know why the pay for LA City is so high? Is it because the firefighters in that department are ran like crazy or is it because the city just has the money to pay them well?
I have actually assisted with interviews for both entry level and lateral firefighters. I like your accuracy in explaining what should be said and should not be said. I especially like the instruction to make your response memorable and to be truthful of your past mistakes. This information helps me to be a better panel member as well!
I think for the question “would you leave this job if offered a job elsewhere?” I think the best answer could be this “With all due respect, I wouldn’t apply to a fire department I couldn’t see myself retiring at”
It’s so cool that you work in the cle area. I grew up in Brecksville and always hated playing C falls in football on their grass field 😂 great videos my man 💯
If I have a father and brother in the fire services, would it be inappropriate to bring it up? I'm asking because they're the reason why I want to become one!
Passed the FCA and now in the interview process for Los Angeles City Fire Department. Pray I get in. Definitely using these videos as a guide!
B&Cyn Congratulations! Good luck and reach out if you have any questions!
byoscar yes sir and thank you!

Weezeteer la city has a high budget because of the city size, cost of living, and call volume

Any plans to put these in podcast format?
I hadn't really thought about it, but I think that's a great idea if people would find that a helpful forum for the content.

No it’s the reason over 45% join up. We grew up with it
I didn’t know this is a competitive field ((( but now I can see this. Really?! Why everything I like is competitive grrrr
UA-cam ads are so annoying
They don’t ask these questions at all. You made me fail my test.
No one made you fail. You failed yourself. This is a guide to have a good interview.
Blaming someone else for you failing? Yeah no wonder why you failed lmao
