@@Rockpet It cycles through different units when you have multiple selected so you can EMP and then tab and then stim. Works the same with production buildings. I've recently started having my barracks, factory and starport all on the same hotkey so when I select my production hotkey I build marines and then press tab and build tanks then tab build medivacs. I think for production it is really good but I think for army it might be a bad habit cause in a high micro engagement one mistake can ruin a fight. I might start having my ghosts on a separate hotkey maybe.
@@KickflipFrontBlunt buildings should still likely be grouped by rally point. Most of the time this will be the same but... best to not build bad habits whenever possible. a simplified way is grouping ground production / air production on 2 keys, so the pathing doesn't screw you in unexpected ways.

As a gm terran i would say there is no the build for tvp like in 2018 3-1-1 +1 raven timing, now tvp is build order shuffling by terran i feel like, as terran if u know ur opponent well then u can play like Maru, on ladder its not going to work i feel like cuz some builds Maru shows are really greedy builds than can get u killed by for example 4 gate blink, pro level is very different to ladder

Theres a few ways to do it, my personal setup is : Bio on 1, Ghosts on 2, Liberators+vikings on Q( I rebound 9 to Q). Some other ideas are : Ghosts together with Bio on 1(using tab to emp) or Ghosts together with Vikings as you micro them both in a similar way :D

Would you still be out on the map with your units like maru was in this game? Would you sit at home, take a 3rd, and get a critical mass before pushing?
The macro setup would be the same yeah, the opening would work a little bit different for sure. Usually with 3rax vs blink you have to go back home but sometimes you're unscouted and you have the opportunity to stim in and do a lot of damage. Transitions and movements etc should be the same though :)
So if you open reactor first like this and don't do the poke with 6 marines, how do you get any scouting info? Just sac one marine? Or would you suggest those of us who can't tell the whole build from seeing a battery do open with a reaper?
I think with 3rax scouting is not quite as important as with other builds. Against dts you should be getting turrets anyway, against stargate they usually reveal themselves anyway by flying their units into your base and vs blink you'll notice when you move out and then you can still make your decision

He's trying to intercept reinforcements (keeping the phoenixes inbetween the army and the base of Maru), which is generally a better move against an early push than killing a few scvs

This was really helpfull! Im a gold league player and always struggle against carriers. Looking at this high level TVP game, I now know about one of the better ways to counter carriers using libs... though I must say it is much harder to do than trying to target fire carriers with vikings. Im sure it is more efficient though. Did Maru get the liberator ranged upgrade?
Sometimes the Terran gas spending curve is a bit weird, you get all your upgrades at once and then nothing for a while. I think if you wanna do a build 100% perfect you could figure out perfect gas cut timings but it would make it super complicated, in this game Maru also wanted to cut his extra gases on the natural for a long time to be able to afford his 3rd cc faster, and because of that needed an early second gas to still be able to afford tanks, medivacs etc.
Too much work I'm just gonna play protoss, stay in my base with my shield batteries and do nothing until I'm maxed and then A move through the enemy army 😂
I got some complaints about the videos where I really only sit on POV for all of it, so I decided to switch it up a bit and do half POV half observing :P
