You can bring a personal cup that is insulated to keep it colder and ask for it to be put it that instead of the typical plastic cup. Plus, if you have the Starbucks app you should be able to get a "personal cup" discount And/or, you can always ask for light ice but keep in mind it'll be a bit thinner and not the thicker Frappuccino consistency
