I would say James are the most underrated British rock band of all time, but I think supergrass comes pretty close. Both great bands of the Brit-pop era. In the USA I would say Neutral-milk-hotel is very underrated. Great band.
Ok this is another Lego rock band comment but this song changed my life. It’s the intro for the game, and it’s such a good pick! The rock band people pretty much nail their set lists. My introduction to Supergrass, might still be my favorite song of theirs. Came out the year I was born this song did
There isn't an album I've listened to more than this one since 2003. From "La" right through to the end, it's sonic sunshine and hard not to indulge two or three times through. Thanks for a classic work of art.
I love this song because it's like they are playing forwards all the time. It's hard to explain. It reminds me of The Who in the upbeat song from Tommy. Also yes Lego Rock Band is amazing
What can you say? The small snatches of sheer pop perfection that made Supergrasses career are always, and always will be a welcome break in a crazy world. Love them to death.
After going through several of Lego Rock Band's songs, I have finally found my people here, probably because this song is the song that plays during the intro. Nostalgia man. It's a funny thing
This song brings me so many memories of playing on my NDS several games that I had in a cartridge, but among them the one I liked the most and that I remember is the Lego Rock Band
Just found out this was written about Chris Diffords daughter Grace who the band meant when they were recording the Life on Other Planets album at his recording studio.Nice song

Just curious, why do you think they're bad games? IMO they're great tools to get introduced to music and I've been playing them for years. I actually pursued playing drums in real life because of the games and I've discovered some of my favorite bands from them. I respect your opinion but I'd like to know why you dislike them
Your case is a rare one. Most of the time when someone wants to learn how to play an instrument because of guitar hero they're immediately shot down by how hard it is to learn a real musical instrument. As fro being inspired by the kind of music that it has, there are millions of ways to me inspired in that way, just because you were doesn't make it a good game. What makes the games bad is that it doesn't do what sequels should do: provide new, original, content. The first 2 or 3 where ok. After that it went to shit. This problem is kinda fixed now with guitar hero live but I don't see it staying fixed for long.
+Aj Tomas Thanks for your input. I deal with Rock Band haters on a regular basis, so it's interesting to hear their side of the argument. I do commend you, though, for actually having played the games and having a solid ground for your argument because of that. What irritates me is that most Rock Band detractors haven't even played the games and just assume it sucks, often saying cliched stuff like "go play a real instrument" and such. I definitely would call myself a rare case, but I'm proud of it. I do think Rock Band 3 was one of the best Rock Bands, however, because of how realistic it was. It added a keyboard peripheral and a pro guitar (a 96-fret guitar made to simulate playing a real guitar) so you could actually use the game as a learning tool for those instruments. I've heard many people use the same "they didn't provide anything new and innovative" in each game, yet I beg to differ, because each Rock Band game added something new. TL;DR, to each their own. Not everyone will like every video game put out ;P PS I actually agree with you if you were talking about the Guitar Hero games. I've personally never liked them as much as Rock Band, especially when they tried to copy Rock Band and add drums and vocals. But Guitar Hero III was my first music game ever and what got me started. Guitar Hero Live does look promising, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet (I do have Rock Band 4, though, and I love it)

Esse clipe passava bastante na MTV brasil em 2002/2003. Fiquei fascinado na época (e continuo até hoje).
lembro dele em canais "infantis" tipo fox kids
how have I not heard of this band before?! This song is great. Sorta reminds me of Oasis/Blur britpop
They were part of the Britpop wave!
There were part of it
Is this pop or rock ?
Lmao throwback to Lego Rockband from like 10 years ago 😂
Apparently released in September 2002! Thought it was more like 1998, but 2002 was still quite a long time ago...a classic :)

And you made us laugh
So we captured you
In a photograph
And when the stars came out
Your Momma called your name
When the morning comes
We'll get together again
Oh Grace
Save your money for the children

Every time I look in a window and find Supergrass just rockin' out in an abandoned building I'm totally surprised too.

Am I the only one that thought they were saying “say goodbye to my children” at first?
Cool boots ye
This song has a bit of a strokes feel in the vocal melody
Alex DeLarge No, strokes have Supergrass feel
Thinking about Lego Rockband in 2021
They should play this in the Warioware movie
Why am I not surprised the only reason some people even know about this song is because of LEGO Rock Band lol? XD
Who are the names from the album supergrass?
+Noah k Danny, Mick, Rob and Gaz. I could name the albums too. Life On Other Planets is where this song comes from.

Jill if you listened to this song than you'll know what i mean.
@mileycyrussoulja no where not all because some rockband bull crap
random little girl, wtf?
If LEGO Rock band brought you here, please, NO ONE CARES! It's a good song and that was a bad game. Just listen and stop typing.
+Aj Tomas How was it a bad game? Have you even played it?
yes indeed i have good sir. The rock band and guitar hero games are bad enough as it is but a lego version? That's just unnecessary.
Just curious, why do you think they're bad games? IMO they're great tools to get introduced to music and I've been playing them for years.
