It's almost never the spark plugs usually the wires , but it can be many of things, fuel pump, Pistons , carburetor or the fuel injector. Replace one item on an old car the new part overworks the older parts and soon you'll end up rebuilding a new motor.
I have the same car, It is awesome no problems at all 140 000 miles runs like new. I flush all the fluids, change all filters, changed all spark plugs and spark plug wires. Ceramic brake pads. Go to a great mechanic and have them do a 3 step fuel fuel injection cleaning service. Make sure they use BG products. It gets rid of all carbon build up The car roars now. Also use royal purple engine oil it is better then mobil 1 one oil. It drives like a race car now!!!! Also use Trico Titan wipers they work the best. use royal purple oil filter also change the serpentine belt every 80 000 miles to be safe. If your cube is 2014 or older change the wiper arms. The spring becomes weak over time and dont put the right amount of pressure on the wipers to work correctly.........................

I am having this problem with my 1995 Dodge Dakota because inside at the bottom of the box where the air filter goes there is a small compartment for a filter or sponge that is supposed to soak up oil from a tube connected to the engine. Something is very wrong because my truck leaks oil where the tube connects to air filter box. I put a clamp on the outside and the sponge inside but still leaking. I already blew out 2 remanufactured engines because I never knew about the stupid filter also I'm changing the air filter every 3 weeks because it gets messed up with the oil that's shooting in there. In January I bought my 3rd motor. I drove it about 30 miles out of town 3 days after I got it back from the mechanic and when I stopped for gas & to check the oil IT DIDNT HAVE ANY.. nothing on the dipstick.. What can you suggest to stop it from leaking ?? I love my truck because it used to be my Dad's. When he passed away I took it over and it was barely running because the engine was already knocking and had sludge. So actually the truck is on its 4th engine.. ALL BECAUSE OF THE BREATHER TUBE THAT LEAKS OUT MY WHOLE OIL CHANGE WITHIN 2 WEEKS . I NEED HELP !!!!! LOL
Hello. I would suggest to check your valve covers. Some valve covers have some kind of metal sheet or plastic underneath to prevent oil splashing into the hole where the hose connect from the valve cover to the intake hose. Its normal for some oil to be sucked in to the intake, but not excessive. Also replace your pcv valve if your truck has one.

Wow,,, Really ??? In simple english,,, if your car loses power, it's most likely and air flow problem. Check the vacuum system. Very rarely is it the electrical. If the car won't start, I'd look into the electrical. But if you're losing power, my #1 place to check is the air flow system.

On my 05 Yukon the fuel pump rusted out on top. Loss of power and smelled fuel. I cut a hole under back seat. I removed the bucket seat first. I hammered chisled a hole. Don't use a grinder it could ignite a flame.
2000 Chevy prism when coming to a stop and taking off to accelerate lags so bad. It will get up and go if I put the pedal to the floor. Brand new tps, Maf sensor, spark plugs, and 4 new ignition coils. I did put an eBay idle air control valve because those are very expensive and I think it may be the culprit 🤔 fingers crossed

The brand of spark plug should it make any difference in fact changing your plug should it make any difference either. It's making a difference then you are not servicing your car properly or measuring the gaps before having them fitted.
If the throttle body is dirty, I still can have the mass air flow sensor code, my car stopped aceleracion after driving a while, I had the code p0101 ,I changed the maf sensor, but I stil.having this problem..at the beginning the car runs with no problem, but after driving around 20 minutes I stop the car . It won't accelerate, and then it start moving really slow , while the car is in motion I notice it doesn't have enough power accelerating

Si dice check engine soon, es lo mismo que el simbolo de check engine. Hay que llevarlo a que le lean los codigos usando un escaner. Segun sea el numero de codigo, le puede dar una idea que puede ser el problema.

“Quihubo Jesus” greetings from Santa Fe Springs. I have a 31 year old 4Runner, I bought it brand new from Japan. 223 000 miles with a recently overhauled engine an transmission (third time). Since October last year it started to fluctuate the the RPM and now it won’t pass 50 mph without hitting 3000rpm. I accelerate to force to go into OD almost to 4000 but it won’t shift and when I let it cruise I noticed the rpm still fluctuates when it’s going slow. A I already change the catalytic converter, the knock sensor with the harness and a reprogrammed ECU but I still have the same problem. I will appreciate your input. Gracias camarada.

Yes, it could very well be a broken spark plug wire, meaning a broken wire inside the insulation.
