Thank you for this video. I met this Swami by amazing fortune about almost 20 years ago. Ironically it was at a buddhist temple in kissimme florida. I saw him at the festival wearing beautful clothing. Later in day I saw him again and had a short talk with him. He was staying in guest house at the monestary. This is Thai buddhist temple that I was invited to and I live almost two hours away. But I had recently read Autobiography of a Yogi and I really wanted to know more so I came back the next day. Swami was kind enough to speak with me for as long as needed. I learned something very interesting and I was just as happy as you when you visited the ashram. I could not visit India but India visited me I guess. I will always remember this Swami Giri.
You covered almost everything in the ashram. That place is so vibrant.. i fell into deep trance within few minutes of meditation. Thanks a lot for sharing😊
The old man who is show in the video is not the rightful care taker, but the ashram was grabbed by selfish people. In AOY it is clear that Yukteshwarji wanted Yogananda to take over all his ashrams. This old man (caretaker)in the video does not even acknowledge that the ashram is untidy. You are sweet to volunteer to clean. Now the ashram has been saved from selfish people and taken over by Yogoda Satsanga Society of India founded by Paramahansa Yogananda who is the foremost disciple of Swami Sri Yukteswarji 🙏🙏 it will come back to its pristine glory… right now it looks unkempt.

I am 27 years old, and my father gave me the autobiography of a yogi when he was battling cancer. He loved Swami Yukteshwar Ji and had a deep faith in him and the gurus. I decided to read that book after my father's death and trust me this book saved my life, helped me with depression and PTSD, and my perspective changed about life and death, I felt like I am the son of god, we all are but we never really acknowledge that. jai guru. will visit this ashram soon.

Hi, Nobody introduced this book to me, my dear, it just came to me on my spiritual path, and my guru's list is pretty long, and none of them are in physical form anymore. But I seek alot from Yukteshwar Giri, Ramakrishna Parmahansa,Swami Vivekananda, Sai baba, Siddhartha Gautam Buddha, Parmahansa Yogananda, Neem karoli Baba, Osho, Krishna, Jesus, Totapuri, Kabir, Baba Nanak, Hariharananda Parmahansa 🪷 And above all I listen to my inner guru. There is a place in your heart where you know when you do something good or bad, it tells your conscious very clearly (ex - Stealing, you know deep inside it's not good but you still do it for a short term materialistic gain, not knowing what kind of karma you are making) So yea, I am a disciple of my own untill my guru finds me or vice versa 😊

मैंने काफी पहले नागपुर में पूरी के किसी गुरु से दीक्षा लिया था, शायद वो आत्मानंद जी थे, मैं कुछ दिन बाद उनसे मिल नहीं पाया, क्योंकि मेरा ट्रांसफ़र हो गया था, मुझे पूरी आश्रम से Bimal घोष के पत्र भी आते थे, अभी नहीं आते, शायद वो अब नहीं रहे होगे! मेरी एक बार इच्छा है कि दो चार दिन के लिए इस आश्रम में जाऊँ और क्रिया करू और उसे आगे बडाऊ, क्या ये सम्भव है!

Suicide is a decision taken under sheer pressure of a temporary stress by very lower dwelling conscious of an extremely materialistic human mind and on the other hand mahasamadhi is again a decision taken by very highly dwelling consciousness of a human who sees beyond the materialistic realm and wants to be one with the supreme consciousness (now he can choose to take rebirth as per his own will anywhere anytime just like God can do anything because that human becomes God itself)
Also after suicide it's not in your hand which realm or which dimension you will go to, you stay in very negative and low energy dimensions where you have to face evil or negative energy and you are constantly teased by them, and in mahasamadhi you surpass all such realms and stay in higher dimensions and also can choose to take birth at your will, but once you taste the mahasamadhi, you don't want to come back (it wouldn't be wrong if we call it a bit selfishness) but selfishness in a good way. 🙏🏻✨

The meditation hall is the most powerful place there where hariharananda gurudevji was taking meditation class there as of i know and my experience of meditation there
I am a disciple of yoga (munisamaj),hence want to acquire knowledge from right place,brother can you say permission will be given to us to stay there for few days.
Yes my brother, You can stay there, they have rooms available. Also you can get initiated there. but I would say have your own mind and gut feeling while choosing your guru. 🕉🙏

I am 27 years old, and my father gave me the autobiography of a yogi when he was battling cancer. He loved Swami Yukteshwar Ji and had a deep faith in him and the gurus. I decided to read that book after my father's death and trust me this book saved my life, helped me with depression and PTSD, and my perspective changed about life and death, I felt like I am the son of god, we all are but we never really acknowledge that. jai guru. will visit this ashram soon.

Hi, Nobody introduced this book to me, my dear, it just came to me on my spiritual path, and my guru's list is pretty long, and none of them are in physical form anymore. But I seek alot from Yukteshwar Giri, Ramakrishna Parmahansa,Swami Vivekananda, Sai baba, Siddhartha Gautam Buddha, Parmahansa Yogananda, Neem karoli Baba, Osho, Krishna, Jesus, Totapuri, Kabir, Baba Nanak, Hariharananda Parmahansa 🪷
And above all I listen to my inner guru.
There is a place in your heart where you know when you do something good or bad, it tells your conscious very clearly (ex - Stealing, you know deep inside it's not good but you still do it for a short term materialistic gain, not knowing what kind of karma you are making)
So yea, I am a disciple of my own untill my guru finds me or vice versa 😊
When I went to karar ashram in 2019 December. It was closed. Did it reopen?

@@redpillmatrix3046 you can watch some good videos a out Kriya yoga on youtube only of authentic gurus, like you can watch Sri M or Sri Yogiraj Siddhanath, or you can buy books and read. And then you can get initiated by guru and start your practice :)
You can go to prayagraj. Alaahabad. Swami satyam holds classes on kriyayoga morning and evening. .online classes also are available.

मैंने काफी पहले नागपुर में पूरी के किसी गुरु से दीक्षा लिया था, शायद वो आत्मानंद जी थे, मैं कुछ दिन बाद उनसे मिल नहीं पाया, क्योंकि मेरा ट्रांसफ़र हो गया था, मुझे पूरी आश्रम से Bimal घोष के पत्र भी आते थे, अभी नहीं आते, शायद वो अब नहीं रहे होगे! मेरी एक बार इच्छा है कि दो चार दिन के लिए इस आश्रम में जाऊँ और क्रिया करू और उसे आगे बडाऊ, क्या ये सम्भव है!
जी आप बेशक वहा जा सकते है और अपनी साधना को और आगे बड़ा सकते हैं, मैं प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आपकी साधना उत्तीर्ण हो 🙏🏻

Suicide is a decision taken under sheer pressure of a temporary stress by very lower dwelling conscious of an extremely materialistic human mind and on the other hand mahasamadhi is again a decision taken by very highly dwelling consciousness of a human who sees beyond the materialistic realm and wants to be one with the supreme consciousness (now he can choose to take rebirth as per his own will anywhere anytime just like God can do anything because that human becomes God itself)
Also after suicide it's not in your hand which realm or which dimension you will go to, you stay in very negative and low energy dimensions where you have to face evil or negative energy and you are constantly teased by them, and in mahasamadhi you surpass all such realms and stay in higher dimensions and also can choose to take birth at your will, but once you taste the mahasamadhi, you don't want to come back (it wouldn't be wrong if we call it a bit selfishness) but selfishness in a good way. 🙏🏻✨
