Coming to you from gorgeous Ringtail Creek, this episode introduces Psalms, and we discuss who the book is to, when it was written and why, and read through Psalm 1.
We know that all the bible is FOR us, even if it’s not all written TO us. Paul’s epistles refer to Psalms - see Ephesians 5:19 and Colossians 3:16 for yourself.
The very first mention of the word, ‘psalm’ is in 1 Chronicles, which describes the day King David delivered Psalm 105 - we love when the bible quotes the bible!!!!
