Oh, wow I feel so bad for your family!! I was actually out of town the day the craziness happened thankfully it was driving distance, but I can imagine the stress your family was going through!!!! Been there done that with flights being all messed up!!!
It’s surprising what a little glitch can do to over 8 million computers 😮, and it happens to be things we need like airlines, trains, hospitals, 911, and so on…Delta is still recovering from the problem
i traveled to mexico to mérida also to oaxaca that never happen to me and my family we got back home to la on sunday gracias dios i am not stuck in the airport i went to visit family in méxico i haven’t seen an awhile
I picked some one up from JFK he flew from Florida luckily he got in on time but I witnessed first hand people stuck there in the Jet Blue terminal for a few days now i feel so bad for them time to get a backup system in place

That outage was awful my flight from Boston to Florida was canceled we had to drive it wasn't fun !
