Oh man you let the secret out! 😀 I've gotten a refurbished Delta 2 and a refurbished 220w solar panel this way. Saved big. The solar panel arrived in the exact same packaging as a brand new one. This is now my go-to for anything EcoFlow. You just have to watch as sometimes refurbished items will go out of stock, then come back.

Hi, i just checked on my ebay and i am from the Netherlands. The prices are indeed as you mentioned but for Europe the refurbished item's have only 2 year warranty and sent from Ecoflow europe Germany.
So for me 5 year warranty is a must.
Question as a noob:
I need a powerstation for my once a year 16 hour roadtrip to my vacation destination in Croatia, and i need it for my compressor coolbox Dometic cfx28.
I was thinking about the Ecoline river 2....
That's interesting to note! The differences in warranty from country to country.
As for your power station. The river 2 should actually be fine. It has a capacity of 256wh. Your unit uses about 10 watts an hour. So theoretically, it should last the whole trip just fine. On Amazon it states that your unit uses .75Ah/h. ah * v = wh so .75 * 12 = 9wh. So I round up to 10. I think it should work well. Hope this helps!

Wow I was keeping that secrete. But let me tell you it is a nightmare to ship one of those back to ecoflow the hazardous shipping is complicated and ecoflow does NOT get it right...
I didn't have any issues at all. Especially going through eBay, they just send you the labels, print them out, and slap them on the box. I returned 3 items to them before. A Delta 2, River 2 Pro and River 2. Not because there was anything wrong with them, but just to see how complicated the return process would be.
Amazon doesn't accept returns because they don't want to deal with the weight in return shipping. It's ridiculous because you can return them through ecoflow or through eBay.

Great question! Unfortunately I'd say no. The law doesn't talk about refurb items at all. While you could technically get away with it. If you got audited, depending on the agent it could go either way, and I wouldn't want to risk it. But that Delta Pro is almost $1,000 off sometimes@
I don't understand. The refurbished prices are higher but you are reading the price on the pictures which are cheaper like they are the real prices
I think if you apply the coupon code of SPRING15OFF then the price will go down to the price of the picture $499
