    For anyone else who had this issue, there's an elastic band that runs around the rollers that had stretched out and was getting caught in the roller. I presume that removing the band will make the seal worse, but it works as a temporary solution until I can get a replacement part.

    I did everything I could in this video and the spinning always stops. The light starts green and then roughly two seconds in, it turns red. I see the orange and yellow rollers spinning a few rotations so it doesn’t look like anything is preventing it from spinning. But it consistently will stop after two seconds. I don’t see any blockages. I’ve only had this since maybe late 2019 or early 2020. What can be done??

      @@JJ-cb7gq I ended up calling and going through the motions of troubleshooting and was not able to fix it. The warranty was active but didn’t cover the roller unit as it only covered the “machine” parts which is where the handle is. So it was around $50 to get a replacement roller unit and it shipped pretty fast. Not too bad.

    How about when the orange roller doesn't spin even after checking it and cleaning it etc..

    My cover came off but wont go back on. They told me i have to buy a new machine on my own dime. I have used it for less than 5 hours of cleaning total. So disappointed. I've loved all the shark vacuums ive had until now.
