I'm getting the dreaded moisture in my tailights so I decided to order Lci tails and this video is going to be very useful once I receive them!
Yeah unfortunately I've seen this far to often with the moisture issue on headlights and tail lights. I've seen a few people actually open the lights and reseal them with a sealant to combat it.
Thanks for watching as well I appreciate it! 🙌
Great tutorial; just did mine last weekend because one of my old taillights was cracked. Thanks man!
Thanks for watching! Isn't to bad of a do it yourself right
You did a Great Job ! Love from Germany ….. just to help you out a Little : Kaltüberwachung : cold Monitoring. The Same is for warm Monitoring. It‘a a very tough Word. Even for germans 😅
Nebelschlussleuchte = Rear fog light (Nebel= Fog)
Did that a few years ago, excellent guide.
Looks good bro! And.... let's talk about that rear strut tower brace.....🧐
K Brace from BAF Motorsports!
Best video about this. Big up
Appreciate you thanks for watching 👊 LCI's for the win for sure
I have moisture on my right taillight, probably from the car being so old and changing my bulbs to all led a year ago... I would love to just upgrade both to the newer version but don't want to spend so much and lose $ from the bulbs I bought...
Great vid, jus wanna make sure this the same setup as F22 M240 2017 right?
Thanks for watching 👊 yeah should be the same setup. Feel free to reach out to me on Instagram with any questions
Want to see these at night. Guess I just have to get them!
They're definitely significantly brighter than the pre lci sets
Great Vid! Have you had any issues with flickering on the lights since the LCI conversion? Or turn signal failure? Seen it’s a common issue on forums
Thanks for watching! I haven't had any issues since the install and coding process
Nice!! 😎🤙
Thanks for watching 🙌
I am in Autsralia and was thinking of doing the same. Your car looks awesome. Is your Indicator taillights Amber or Red?
Is the coding the Same if i install the OLED taillights?
I would suggest checking with your supplier on if coding is necessary or not
Is there an LCI conversion for the front headlights?
Yeah there is OEM LED headlights 👍
@@jg_media9 where do I find those?
@@smcarmel you'll have to look around online!
Hey! What color are those hazard lights?
Hazards are an amber orange color!
@@jg_media9 thanks! I thought they were those hideous red ones!
@@crackedpond9631 naa they're really nice!!
Is bimmercode only necessary for the warnings and not the functionality of the tailights? i will be upgrading soon.
Yeah pretty much
@@jg_media9 Thank you!
@@Lettm3n you're welcome man I would still definitely recomend the coding though thanks for watching as well 👌
@@jg_media9 Oh no i will, i just have a taillight with water damage inside the housing (and getting worse). i rather have warnings than to get pulled over. Ill get the same adapter in link shortly after. Keep up the good work!
@@Lettm3n ahh sorry to hear! Unfortunately moisture in the tail lights is a far to common issue I see alot so mind as well upgrade to the LCI's.. and yeah I use the Kies Wifi Adapter for everything now a days for both my cars 👌
