hii mam my 3 yrs old son not taking interest in eating food by his own not handling food he just touch the food but not even taste the food or bite food by front teeth not whole bite taking and chewing we feed him by forcefully the. he only eat he wants to eat but he is not eating self he is mild autism we started theropy 2 months ago
