Ingredients you'll need
1 live geoduck
1 cup tomatoes, diced
½ cup fresh cilantro
½ small red onion, diced
1 serrano pepper, seeded and finely diced
½ cucumber, peeled and diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup fresh mango, diced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice of 2 small limes
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt and pepper to taste

I used the stomach part to make a base for my clam chowder. I cut it and clean, then soak it in brine. I just throw it in my sautee and it produces a creamy broth along with it. After I complete it, I discard the pieces as all the great flavor is now in my cream base.
