It’s actually so disappointing to see. He just doesn’t care at all. Can’t say I blame him…it’s hard to keep your passion about something after so long and admit when you’ve put the wrong people in charge of admin work. Rockstar moving in on the RP server game surely playing a factor because he knows it’s done after 6 releases/ As a long time viewer it just sucks this is where it’s gotten too. CG tried because of Koil. But when the decks get stacked daily against individuals creating the most what even is the point?

"Its not going to be 400 days in jail". The fact that your biggest streamers would even come to that perspective is a giant problem. And this perception is not just them. Many streamers have talked about the server issues for the past few days. You really dont want that negative perception from your biggest streamers.
How can they create content by staying in prison for 5 consecutive days and paying the debt for 18 hours continuously for 5 days. This isn't RP. It's more like Power Gaming by Council. It should be around 2-3 days Max. How Little streamers can grow up by playing in this Server?
Legislation isnt how laws only exist.. cases are brought to trial and precedence is made through the court case itself. How can ever introduce new laws if you can never bring anything thats not already in law? What an L take.
I gotta ask the question tho. Why is Moonmoon the mayor, police commissioner, and an admin all at the same time? like thats some garry mod dark RP level shit. anything hes says people are going to hop too because he just has so much power he can apply or not apply.

if hes still there that means he is doing something right since the owners are not doing anything to stop him, remember all his actions goes through state first before he can do them or if he does something without the state approval the next day if the state didnt want it they get rid of it remember the adoption fraud? chatterbox abused it to get 1mil in debt, they saw it and got rid of it coz chatterbox is going to do the same shit where he is the most in debt person in the server again

they were making a joke about when their 24hour hold was about to expire and all of the sudden they had 600,000 minutes or something like that. it came out to 400+ days on that calculation.

Koil is lost, is not just about the fees and jail time anymore. People in power are doing whatever they want in the city in the name of the law. There's people in jail for 72h without even had a chance to talk with a lawyer and without knowing their charges. There's people getting HUT charge because a cop decided to. There's people with 400k charges for helping CG last night.
You are losing the control of the server, cops, judges and admins are doing whatever they want without any consequences to them and its not just against CG. I advice you to look how Vinny and Zolo got caught couple days ago, they are reviving people without medical care, the meta is clear as water, power gaming, u name it.
Everyone eas talking about how cool this and that was but now none of this will happen again because people see how they get punished for it.

The management was very clear at the beginning of 4.0 they wanted less frequent crime and hard consequences for players. Now when a group blatantly shoots down the city council and has multiple mass wipes, basically carrying the highest level of crimes the city has… they can’t then be pikachu face when harsh sentences are given for that. This is 100% on management for being too hands off and allowing it to happen…. If in fact they are now saying charges like this shouldn’t be a thing. They need to set the culture and direction for the server to work within.

cg got light sentence tbh, 2 hut charges and they got 5days and 17hours of kitchen in fines.2-3 them time served to so they basically split up the time before and after the escape

he's so checked out that it's actually unbelievable. the lawsuit and the claims people like penta and kyle threw at him last year really made him step away and not be in control of anything. he's probably alot happier but man it has really hurt the servers integrity.

The server is just a toy and playground for MoonMoon, Nathan and their lil circle. As for legislation it makes no difference if it's in or not because Crane will just come in the next day and add it in lmao.
