I love watching your vehicle videos. I love how you always give reasons why something could be the problem. You create these videos as if I was standing in front of you and your talk to me as if you want me to learn the vehicle language and educate me so that if I have to get a mechanic to look amazing fix my truck and not take advantage of me.
Thank you for the information, just had different tires and basically the whole front end rebuilt on my 2000 Sentra GXE, didn't know about the highway pavement thanks.
Awesome man thank you. You kept it easy to understand, great visuals. I've been watching this all day,you are easiest to understand. I get it now. Thanks again.
Had the front tie rods replaced and new breaks and rotors, but when i turn hard right my wheel locks up and the steering wheel keeps pulling right, i just dont want to waste more money and not fix the problem
After replacing all new front end parts, including hub assemblies, my van still pulls to the right. I had to replace the left hub twice because it was very loose and was told that was starting to cause minor issues with the left steer tire. The alignment was done with no tire replacement because it wasn't in that bad of shape. How would a slightly imperfect tire on the left cause the vehicle to veer right? I think I WILL swap out the front and rear tires on that side and see what happens. Thanks OH, BY THE WAY, NICE RELAXING BACKGROUND MUSIC.
Excellent explanation my 2000 chevy 5.3 lt has reccently started pulling to the right. Jiffylube said they wouldnt rotate them due to front left being in the red ? I think ill do my own rotations and knock the cons off the list, as its always had a slight pull but not this bad
I have some real weird things going on in my front end. When I brake pulls to the right. When I accelerate it pulls to the left. When I am sitting still and I quickly hit the brake pedal I can hear and feel a loud clunk on the right side. I will change all calipers, rotors, pads and struts this spring on my 99 Maxima.
OK, so I'm having an issue with my steering and maybe someone else did the exact same thing I did which is causing me a headache. Long story short I'm having alignment issues and it all began happening when I parked too close to the curb one day. When I went to drive off, I turned the wheel in a rush instead of slowly pulling forward and then slowly turning it, which caused me to basically shove the car to the left from the curb. It caused some damage as I took it to Firestone and they told me they had to adjust the 3 bolts under the hood in order to get the strut to be jn the right spot barely, but even then it drives wonky. It'll pull to the left and the steering wheel always nudges slightly off center to the left ever so slightly. Also when I'm on the freeway and there's a long bend either left or right, I look like I'm driving drunk trying to keep it in the lane smoothly turning it either doesn't turn enough or overpoweringly wants to turn and I have to let off the turning so I end up looking like a clown on the freeway. Any ideas what component would be damaged first that would cause this havoc at all like what would I have damaged from the curb incident possibly? I've already tried to get it aligned many times and the car barely drives okay but it's always wonky when steering left or right on the freeway and it feels like overly aggressive to veer left and right on the freeway it's not smooth and buttery like it used to be its just very dramatic and sudden in wanting to barely veer left or right. I hate driving this car now because of this issue. Any input greatly helps. Thank you. 🤙🤙
My 2014 Cadillac ats awd, pulls to the right even though i got an alignment and i went back telling them it still pulls to the right and they told me, after they inspected for the second time that the alignment is 0’d out. What other possible thing could it be? Please i need help.
I have had pulling to the right with my 11 TC I bought some cheepo rims n tires of FB marketplace When putting them on I noticed the back right was cambered tilted up so I was like setting the tire up on the hub , which i can tell was taking a beating on the bolts that the tire sits on. The car then Starts Amazingly pulling to the left , So i'm thinking bent rims or something So I stuck the 18's back on and it when back to driving somewhat better , no pull to the left, BUT BACK TO PULLING RIGHT So I evaluate the tires themselves and they are unevenly worn So I Go to the tire store and BOOM 614 out the door , NEW TIRES It drives absolutely straight for about 250 -300 miles and then i notice it gradually pulling again to the right Could the cambered back right hub be causing wear on all the tires.. I bet if I rotated the tires it would be better. There is also a squeeking noise with a back break, and a clicking noise when turning sharp in the steering wheel. Please help, I really want these NEW tires to last.
My car pulls to the left. I got new tyres, alignment, balancing, tyre pressure, camber all checked twice..but it still pulls to the left....tried doing brake testing at high speed..car stops straight at 90 degree(no left or right slide braking)....but while driving it pulls to the left.
Mine feels like a broken trolley wheel through steering and on some roads it's like some grabs the steering wheel and yanks if left, and turn into or out of parking space sometimes a hear a crunch on steering. Any ideas, I suspect track rod ends.
+Claude Gaskell We wouldn't be able to diagnose an issue like that here, you may want to have a local mechanic take a look at it. Thanks for checking us out! 1aau.to/m/Shop-1AAuto-c
My car started pulling after a tire rotation. If the steering wheel is straight it's ok. If it is a little left it will drift all the way towards left. If steering wheel is a little towards the right from center, car will drift all the way to the right.
Just did my upper and lower ball joints, tie rods, and struts on both sides and also alignment on my 09 chevy silv. but I still hear a clunking noise from my front-end.
My car a really bad lower control arm. My mechanic replaced the lower control arm. I didnt have a problem with the steering or alignment until the mechanic replace the lower control arm. My steering wheel pulls to the right really bad. He recommended to get an alligment. Any idea?
My toyota had the same problem, turned out the replacement arm was not OEM. Replaced again with the OEM arm and aligned. Car behaves like original now. May not be the issue with yours but the third party arm was slightly different from the oem one on the toyota.
My car pulls periodically to the right in jolts it has no u-joints and all tires are fine what could that be? Also bushings for upper control arm were replaced because they were worn

I've heard it is because it is out of alignment wheels & one is too much toe in or possibly toe out and as the tire tries to roll straight it constantly wiggles back & forth causing the feathering. Well wishes.
My right rear tire sticks out about a 1/2 an inch further than my left rear tire on my truck. What would cause that? I'm looking that up on UA-cam but I'm having a hard time finding the answer.......
For the road crown to work the ditches need to be cleaned out , cause every road i go down is flooded.. thst road crown is like 1980s it's 2023 now. Forget the road crown. Remember all parts work together.. clean out the trash, if not .stop adding in road crown.all that's to late tho. More jacked up as time goes on. What ever tho. I already voted .and that was stolen.
I got an alignment recently and when done, I didn't recieve a printed paper of the before/after. The guy told me they don't do the computerized alignments. Now my truck pulls harder to the left. Also, he told me that some of my bolts were seized but he got it close? How is it possible to do a correct alignment this way? Should I take it somewhere else?

My truck pulls to the left hard and i mostly drive in the left lane, my forearm getting big 💪🏽
Just had an alignment done. New tires and new front suspension both sides Cali roads suck 😒 how do I know if the alignment was done properly 🤔
Thank you. This is the best straight up answer on how to fix my trucks front steering issues. Have a great weekend...
Very well explained. Thank you for the insights.

What if you have a bad tire causing the pull? Should you replace it?
Thanks man👍🏼, I was having issues pulling to the left, it's the road angles 👌🏼

Tires will definitely make your vehicle to pull to a side and low tire pressure too but not alignment
Will this cause steering wheel shake

can frame alignment be a factor?
Very informative thanks
Can a sagging or damaged front suspension spring cause pulling to one side on a passenger car?
Thank you for the awesome tips very helpful..
Any reasons why it would pull after a break job?
You read my mind, thanks for the advice 😎

My car when i drive swing to the left . And the tires i putted new all four and still deviate to the left when i driving i don't know why ...
not enough pos caster was mine...
My pulling happening only upon acceleration. When i let go of the accelerator the wheel straightens. My car is FWD. so is this a drive issue.
Mine feels like a broken trolley wheel through steering and on some roads it's like some grabs the steering wheel and yanks if left, and turn into or out of parking space sometimes a hear a crunch on steering. Any ideas, I suspect track rod ends.

Did you find out whats the cause? I have the same issue!
@@nickhou8631 probably inner and outer tie rods.
What about bad stuts?
My car started pulling after a tire rotation. If the steering wheel is straight it's ok. If it is a little left it will drift all the way towards left. If steering wheel is a little towards the right from center, car will drift all the way to the right.

Have you checked the drive shaft bearing? It's common on Chevys.
Am experiencing this side pull for the last one month..

What's the cause of outside looks feathering .please
I've heard it is because it is out of alignment wheels & one is too much toe in or possibly toe out and as the tire tries to roll straight it constantly wiggles back & forth causing the feathering.
Well wishes.
What if it just pulls when you're turning it and then you straighten it out
Could a damaged frame cause this?
Yes but an alignment would fix it

How many people are here because their 2500/3500 Silverado or Sierra is constantly pulling to the right even after their 3rd alignment
what a distraction.. I guess reading is the best way to learn over the annoying sound overlays they EVERYONE is doing.. so stupid.
