- Our own Hilux 4x4 light started blinking when we put it in 4H. This is a common issue on the Hilux from the Vigo to the new Revo. For some strange reason, the plastic gets cut off. Check out what we did.

Hi, did you drain the oil?
Did clean inside with water or WD40?
No sir. We did not drain the oil of the diff as the water only entered the actuator and not the diff. I cleaned the inside with contact cleaner and regreased it.
@@ironman4x4philippines20 Thanks for the quick response, need to open mine today, as I opened one at transfer case previously, but was all dry
@@AlvinoHornthe transfer case actualor has less problems. Timing of the gear is critical at the transfer caae side. It took me a while to figure it out.

Same lang sila sir manual or AT. This is the front disconnect for the 4x4.
Good day sir.. i have a problem with my 4x4 hilux 2012 manual.. the former owner had it check and was told 4x4 module is damage.. is it really the 4x4 module or the actuator.??
Most probably actuator sir.
What if it's OK but the light blinking on and off
