We are seeing a reverse tribal labeling at the moment. When Igbo said they would not support any Yoruba to be Nigerian president, is that patriotism?. And, for clarification, Yoruba don't fear no one. If it comfort you to assume Yoruba have "Igbophobia", then, dream on.
In life, no one will hate you when you are not doing well. The Igbos will keep soaring higher. It's laughable hearing this man say that Tinubu won the election
He is right on one thing, the hate or hatred against the igbos has always been there it just manifested during the election. Unfortunately, some will say they totally condemn it, but no matter how they try to hide it, deep inside, they feel the same. that's the bitter truth. It's really sad.

So much emotion. The Nigerian team should have simply turned up in Paris and proclaimed that it is their turn. No need to compete for anything, just form an alliance with other failed states and share the gold using quota system, land mass and population as follows: St. Lucia = 0 Bostwana= 0 Nigeria =150 etc.

It's the political-elite that promotes ethnicity in the Nigeria politics, not religion or state craft. Ethnocentric political drive is the major obstacle to the search for competence individuals to serve the purpose of leadership in Nigeria. Nigeria needs individuals with integrity, honesty, sincerity of purpose, and reliability of trust in his/her person. Today, those in politics in Nigeria lack all the above mentioned leadership values and are not willing to step aside for those with these leadership values to step in. The need to step down Ethnocentric political drive in Nigeria ought to be the right thinking and direction.
You're very funny. Which result are you talking about? Also, where did you see bigotry here? Anyone who didn't say what people like you wants to hear, you become unsettled
Prof your hatred against Igbos are so obvious despite you trying hard to hide it....... Nevertheless thanks to Almighty God who has loved Igbos and is with them .thank to some Yorubas who still believe in truth and treat Igbos fairly.
I beg to differ from your point of assessment that the North wanted a coup or topple the government. No, they interviewed them and they stated clearly that it is driven by ideology, socialism vs capitalism. While I do not agree with socialism, I could understand their actions. It is the onus of the government to persuade all that capitalism can work with the accent on welfarism. The negligence of journalism in Nigeria makes us to always assume.
This man is talking trash🚮 igbos are not ethnic bigotry. In 1999 the igbos left their own and voted for Obasanjo. In 2003 Igbos left Ojukwu and voted for Obasanjo. In 2007 igbos left all their own that came out for president and voted Yar Adua. In 2011 Igbos voted for Goodluck in 2015 Igbos voted for Goodluck thou he lost out. In 2019 igbos voted Atiku thou he lost out. But in 2023 Igbos voted Obi and it became issue. I so much love the igbophobia it will fasten our freedom.
The so called prof said Igbos played ethnicity by massively voting Obi. And he equally said the Yoruba elites who considered Obi as the most competent voted him. So why will an average Igbo man not vote Obi if he appears to us the most competent. The prof is not stable. He has that element of igbophobia in him. My opinion.
This man may be educated but not civilized. If the Igbos are not honest and those that do business with them regret it; how come the Igbos are successful in business? Do you mean that people regret doing business with them and yet continue to patronize them? Also, he seems not to believe that Tinubu was rigged into office. INEC refused to obey 3 court orders to allow Labour Party to inspect the election materials used in the presidential election. During the election tribunal, INEC did not obey any of these 3 court orders. Why did INEC refused, because they can’t defend the results they declared.

Yes,Yoruba love for themselves so much as exemplified by the Awolowo Akintola feud, Yoruba-on-Yoruba ethnic cleansing aka operation wettie aka wild, wild west very etc. If ever the Yorubas fought a war on the scale of Biafra, only Oyo state will remain to answer Yoruba and the rest will disappear and become separate ethnic groups before e the cock crows 3 times. when the Ibos unite, they start screaming Ibo domination otio, otio. Ibos united to build an airport in Owerri. Name me one project the Yorubas have executed as a united whole in the past five decades, just one. All they ever do is abandon their hell-holes in Ayetoro, Ogbomoso, Idanre etc. to fight over carcases of federal Nigerian built infrastructure in Lagos and claim to be sophisticated.
"the igbos hates (sic) themselves" ------------------------------ Bro, There you have it. Dịd i hear you say Igbo ego? Y"all are all mad. You people not only hv poverty of the pocket but also poverty of the mind. We hv moved on, move with ur life or in alternative, allow the igbos to go to biafra with their ego as you claimed. If you can't allow us to go, this ur ego thing will continue to hunt u.

Tribalism has buried Nigeria
But are the king of tribalistic war in Nigeria. They are the one fights all other regions claiming they are the best, they owned Nigeria, they are from Hebrew today. They are from America tomorrow..

Prof said some truths that Many Yoruba's voted Obi, but though he tried to blame Igbo's for Igbophobia thats regrettable..

David Aworawo is a case-study that education can't get rid of tribal and religious bigotry
People just have a Bias and prejudice against Igbos, they've been taught all their life that Igbos are this and that, causing them to begin to see those things even where they don't exist.
During my Service year a lot of people just said i was greedy simoly because I'm Igbo, they had no other evidence or reason to claim that, i would do what every other person in my shoe would do and the Nect thing, they'll say of Your Igbo and Greedy.
Nigeria my country
These people are always talking about tribe, tribe, tribe... that's exactly the reason Nigeria is not supposed to be... put together falsely. You ... yorubas is supposed to be fighting for your self nation, just like the igbos are doing. Shame on you, yorubas...
Please don't generalised 'some Yorubas are good people!
Education is a lot more than academic certifications.
Na lie. Even your hands are shaking in fear as you type your drivel.
Talk true.
@@LabaraNdonia😂😂
When military was in power we were sure of security.
In life, no one will hate you when you are not doing well. The Igbos will keep soaring higher. It's laughable hearing this man say that Tinubu won the election
This man's education is a waste, he couldn't hide his bias against Igbo. He is a frontline Igbo hater.
He is right on one thing, the hate or hatred against the igbos has always been there it just manifested during the election. Unfortunately, some will say they totally condemn it, but no matter how they try to hide it, deep inside, they feel the same. that's the bitter truth. It's really sad.
This man is also trabalist, Sir I want to remind you, those that votes Obi and those that didn't vote for him are crying of hunger today. Let me also remind you this Igbos don't care if you like us or not we are doing pretty well in any thing we put our hands on. God made us sooooooooo special
So much emotion. The Nigerian team should have simply turned up in Paris and proclaimed that it is their turn. No need to compete for anything, just form an alliance with other failed states and share the gold using quota system, land mass and population as follows:
St. Lucia = 0
Bostwana= 0
Nigeria =150
etc.
Look at questions asked this asked this man about igbophobia and he starts with well and cut corners. He reasons like Yemi Tinubu and Tinubu himself that have an ax to grind against the ibos without any reason Yoruba hatred for the ibos for the way they thrive It’s interred with their bone. This man can’t hide the igbophobia in him Na them na them
Federal government should put a law of 15 years jail term to punish anybody found culpable of tribal hatred
Thank God, they ignored competence and are not comfortable with Obi. Great let them enjoy their choice for hunger, hardship, poverty.
Well done Prof.
It's very hard to see a completely truthful man Nigeria, when you think they're hitting the nail on the head their biases will reveal it's head.
Let them blame the Igbos for the failure of Tinubu and also for Nigeria's athletes failure to secure victory in the ongoing Olympics in France.
Rufai, till today, INEC has not released the results, so on what basis is David making his bigotry assessments on the 2023 Presidential election.
You're very funny.
Which result are you talking about?
Also, where did you see bigotry here?
Anyone who didn't say what people like you wants to hear, you become unsettled
I do not need a crystal ball gazer to tell me that this man is economical with the truth.
This man can be funny 😂😂😂😂 real Lagos tout
Prof your hatred against Igbos are so obvious despite you trying hard to hide it....... Nevertheless thanks to Almighty God who has loved Igbos and is with them .thank to some Yorubas who still believe in truth and treat Igbos fairly.
With due respect, this professor is one of them please Arise stop inviting him
Dem get clear thinking abi Dem no get 😂 which one be not too vast ehn Prof
He is the President, he can fly whatever he wishes as long as security is provided
This man is one of the igbo haters, just imagine what he is dishing out to justify his hate.
Please can you people call for referendum let us test the love of being Nigerians among igbo citizens
Including it's aftermath.
Nigerian professor, you forgot Igbos voted for Abiola, Obasanjo, and others. Prof, go read history.
When you see person(s) with this type of facial look eg: omatsoye, and the tinubu mumu right hand man; uselessness is best for their description
People like him is what is wrong with Nigeria
Subsidy is never a bad thing or policy, the handlers and its implementation is the bad thing we have. So subsidy need not be removed it is the handlers and how it is implemented that should be checked and balanced
This analyst is really not vast in Nigerian issues. I think he has limited knowledge of how things and politics work in Nigeria 🇳🇬
Rufai, this prof too is igbo hater don't waste your time on him, i don't even know how he became a professor, if this is one of Nigerian professor i am afraid we will have Rwanda case in our wardrobes in Nigeria.
This is an uneducated prof with very myopia views especially about the igbos . His likes apply for Invitation in NTA channel 7.
David Aworawo is a born liar. He is not objective at all. By all standard without INEC interferance, Tinubu came third.

@user-bi5tw6tr9u Thank u bro. Must Igbos lie to their selves a lot.
One minutes they claim God has bless them more than others. They claim they are better than everyone, in another minutes they play victim. Very funny set of people.
This prof is tribe centric, unfortunately he could not hide his hatred for the Igbos.
So disappointed in Professor Aworawo.
Prof,l totally disagree with you and it's a clear indication of how biased you are. You are not a grassroot person as you claim. PO will win BAT 100% under a free and credible election. I'm shocked that a prof could say this in a national tele. PO won 2023 presidential election.
My brother, even this election INEC fraudulently declared Tinubu winner, INEC themselves know that Peter Obi won the election with a landslide victory.
INEC refused to obey 3 court orders to allow Labour Party to inspect the election materials used in the presidential election.
During the election tribunal, INEC did not obey any of these 3 court orders.
Why did INEC refused, because they can’t defend the results they declared.

Nigerian government should stop subsidizing Hajj/ Pilgrimage when citizens are hungry!!!
Bro,
So Mr Aworawo is Urhobo like Reno Omokiri? It seems clear that the Urhobos have it in for Ndigbo for whatever reason.
Prof I disagree with you on military performance in Nigeria. The military, particularly Gowon, Obasanjo and IBB built 90% of the infrastructure in Nigeria. It is rather the civilians that underdeveloped Nigeria.
I wonder how a professor talks without impericals . Certainly, he must come from a social science background. Real Professors from science background wont discuss issues like this. Professors irrespective of tribe should be objective and imperical. Is unethical for a professor to join individuals who enjoy ethinic profiling . I am.talking as a professor as well. Thanks Rufai for trying to correct him on his unvalidated hypothesis about Igbos..
Mr.Rufai please go and do a proper research of the problem between The Hausa,Fulani & Hausa Fulani and the Igbo . reference to the first military coup in 1966
If the flags were flag south east federal government will the send military to go shut them
Rufai, let me remind you that when it comes to international competitions like the olympics, you are playing for the flag(country pride). Tell me who is proud to be a Nigeria? Is it the Middle Belter whose relatives are in IDP camps or the Igbo whose homeland is under millitary siege?
If be Chairman Nduka O, this yeye prof should be kick out to tvc
How come the so called educated Nigerians at home quote European authors to justify the hopelessness of Nigerian leaders? A country of two hundred million people could not pick one single medal. We all know the obvious reason. Loop sided appointments.

Mr. Aworawo did not say the truth. The military Government is hundred percent better than meaningless and fraudulent Democracy system of Government.
Military is highly better with fulfilment and determined governance ruling systematic favourable to the citizens. There is price control for every items of food products and materials available for public consumption. Including oil and transportation.
Divide nigeria. this year is the date décembre 2 second all must hall biafra this year 2024.
Very shameful, that many of you are talking about this gentleman like this because he's not saying what you want to hear.
Even the igbos hates themselves and its very obvious to the blinds.
The igbis are seriously disunited.
Many have becomes to self centered.
Let's call a spade a spade.
GOD bless the federal Republic of Nigeria.
God bless every ethnicities in Nigeria 🇳🇬.
"the igbos hates (sic) themselves"

Bro,
There you have it. With you and other semi-literate Oodua brigades now deployed to the battlefront complete with your game-changing, keyboards and Adeosun-style Oluwole certificates, the Igbos should be quaking in their boots. Run Igbos run!
Nigeria is done. Now, I must give up.
I don't think this man is not been real
#whereismondayokpebholo
That man don't like the Igbos.
Then don't do business with them. Do your business with other people and leave Igbo alone with their business, please.
This is a professor in a federal university, talking on a national TV and reeks with such pungent prejudice!
I won't be surprised if this professor never attended schools and worked all through his career outside his Yoruba enclave.
Mr Aworowo should deal first with his implicit bias and chauvinistic Yoruba-superiority tendencies.
Do we have rule of law and freedom of speech in this Nigeria?
This man is sounding like the late Saudana of Sokoto, who said that "Nigeria is their estate...and that Igbos are very ambitious etc" the truth is that you cant make people feel unwelcome in their own country. Igbos are not in any conflict with the Yorubas or Nigeria, but like erodite, Rufai pointedly told the prof, who has not done enough to dissabuse the minds of his cronies Igbos are obviously at war with Yoruba bigots and will rise to defend themselves when the time comes. I hope they dont act out their threats because it would certainly not be business as usual.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 mouth mouth biafra BINGOS
First impression… The man is not pan-Nigerian.
